Awesome Hospitality... Everything was up to the mark, from check in to stay to service to check out... Location was very central as well which helps a lot in China

There was a lot more to be expected from a 5-star hotel There wasn’t any luggage service at the beginning which is typically expected. Even a 4-Star brand such as Hilton DoubleTree would offer such a service. When we checked in, it felt very abrupt. There was no other information provided other than our room number. No information about breakfast the next morning so we had to ask at checkout where we can get breakfast. We were also supposed to get some sort of VIP security service but they didn’t mention it (we ended up asking the next morning and it turns out we couldn’t use it because we were flying internationally, not domestic). When we got up to the 6th floor, the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, and it was difficult to roll our luggage on the squishy carpet. Again, some sort of service would have been nice for that. The room itself was beautiful. I have no complaints about it other than two issues: One was the shower water which somehow was leaking into where the toilet was and the second issue is that the toilet mechanism stopped working and we couldn’t flush - this was just before checkout so we didn’t have time ask to get it fixed. Lastly, the breakfast was inaccurately advertised as a “Western” breakfast on trip.com, however it was actually a standard Chinese breakfast. The Western options were completely limited. There is nothing wrong with it only being Chinese, but this was falsely advertised on the website. The food itself as far as Chinese food goes was mediocre as our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Hangzhou had a far superior breakfast and that room was half the price of this one. Overall, if this stay wasn’t being covered by my travel insurance due to a missed connection flight, I would be even more disappointed by this stay.

This five-star hotel is really worth it! The room is spacious and bright, and the bed mattress is very comfortable. It is quite soft and suitable for me, who likes to lie flat all day. Hahaha, thanks to the front desk for helping to delay the arrival until more than one o'clock so that I, who was on a night flight, could make up for my sleep. The meticulous service attitude of Anna at the front desk made people feel very comfortable. The hotel facilities are complete, and facilities such as gyms and swimming pools are very convenient. The food in this hotel is also good. I ordered Chinese food at noon and the food is very suitable for my taste. It is very nice! I strongly recommend that you try this Marriott. It is really cost-effective.

The newly opened Ramada, in order to catch the early flight, specially set up a hotel close to the airport, make an appointment in advance to have a free pick-up and drop-off service, the staff told the room that the room was three floors of soundproof glass to prevent noise, it was very quiet, the room was spacious and designed, the lobby was very artistic, The front desk staff has a strong sense of service. There will be new choices for early flights in the future

The location of the hotel is perfect . It is within walking distance from airport exit. You can wheel your luggage cart to the hotel. Checking-in hotel was fast. All hotel staffs are very efficient and helpful. Since this is our second stay in the hotel in one month, Anna offered us free upgrade room from Barony Park hotel to Grand Barony hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Bed is very comfortable. There’s shower and bath tub. Shower water pressure is pretty powerful. Breakfast has many options (Chinese breakfast and Western style). They’re all fresh cooked. Overall we are very happy with the quality of the hotel and will recommend it to anyone who visits Qingdao.

The first time I went to Qingdao to play, I finally chose this hotel. It didn’t disappoint me. The 24-hour free pick-up and drop-off service was very good. The room was super clean, there was no smell, and the service was particularly warm. What made me most satisfied was that the room was not a water heater. The hot water was also sufficient. The room is a large window, very bright, the sun shines in particularly comfortable, the price is super high, in short, it is a very satisfying travel accommodation, there is a chance to choose here, I recommend everyone to stay!

The hotel is in a prime location, surrounded by large supermarkets, convenient for eating and entertainment, 4A-level tourist attractions with beautiful scenery, convenient transportation, only 20 minutes to the airport, convenient travel, large parking lot and underground parking lot, all free, the hotel lobby is simple and elegant, the front desk service is very good and efficient, check-in is fast and thoughtful, the room floor, breakfast time and place, gym laundry location will be introduced at the same time of check-in, a very satisfactory stay.

The hotel service is very good. There is a free airport shuttle. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are many places to eat nearby. The room is spacious and clean. The bedding is comfortable. It was a pleasant stay. I will come again.

The room is nice and big with a separate seating area, which is great. The bathroom etc was nice and clean, but they need to pay attention to the finer details. I happened to glance behind the fridge while sitting on the couch and it was quite dirty, with sunflower seeds etc from who knows how long ago. The art above the bed clearly has something splattered on it that needs to be cleaned. But that being said the front desk staff are very helpful, the rest of the room was really nice and clean and the hotel is super close to the airport. They also offer a shuttle to the airport which leaves every thirty minutes!
