The customer service was excellent, and the hotel room was very spacious with a great view from the window. It's conveniently located right next to a shopping mall and a cathedral, making transportation easy. The revolving restaurant is perfect for dining with a view. Highly recommend staying here!

Hotel is quite nice for a business trip. Good western breakfast. The only think I didn't like it's that room was a little hot and the central air conditioning was off.

This hotel is very comparable to international brands and is value for money. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. There was a good view of the South Lake. The staff was friendly and responsive. They provided fruit every evening for the nightly turndown service. There was a special toiletry set for my children. The breakfast spread was good. The hotel is located right next to the tram stop making it convenient. Y

Modern hotel at a convenient location, easily found. Bed, bathroom, sofa were all good. Breakfast at the top floor in the rotating restaurant with views over Jiaxing. Wish there was a basic ironing board but they provided a steam device on request.
