Qingchi Hot Spring Hotel

It's quite close, only an hour and a half's drive from Shanghai! There's plenty of parking, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hot spring water in the room was just right. The hotel also has other recreational spots, making it a great place for photos!

Given that it's not a new hotel, I didn't have high expectations for the room facilities. The breakfast was quite disappointing; during the New Year holiday, it was strictly cleared at 10 AM. It wasn't very diverse to begin with, and they stopped replenishing items well before 10 AM, showing a lack of service awareness. The outdoor activities scheduled for the night before, like the iron fireworks and bonfire party, were canceled due to 'strong winds' without any formal notification, alternative solutions, or even an explanation. That was quite inappropriate.

My friends recommended this hotel and we decided to spend Chinese New Year here together again. Butler Bi Gang provided us with excellent service, and the hotel staff greeted us warmly every time we entered or left. Breakfast was delicious and varied. It was so relaxing to be able to use our room key to access the hot springs anytime we wanted. The evening performances, especially the fire-spitting, fire pot, and iron flower show on the grassland, were an unexpected delight!

Overall, it was pretty good. The room facilities are quite new, and the pool was clean and not crowded. The general environment is quite pleasant, and breakfast was also good. Parking was convenient, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The price is reasonable, though it gets a bit more expensive on weekends. The air conditioning worked well, and the staff were friendly and provided excellent service.

With the kids off school for the holidays, we decided to visit the Jiaxing Qingchi Hot Spring Resort Hotel before the New Year. Our stay was fantastic, especially since they have so many facilities perfect for kids – my children had an absolute blast! The hotel's service was also excellent, particularly our attendant, Gangbi, who was warm and attentive. It's a truly worthwhile family-friendly resort experience.

The room was great, and it even had a small balcony. The private hot spring in the room was really comfortable, and the pool was clean. The service was consistently excellent, and they were very quick to respond and resolve any issues.

I booked a room with a private hot spring. The outdoor hot spring can be accessed unlimited times with the room card. Breakfast was quite rich, and I happened to catch a company team-building event, so they set off fireworks at night, haha. Cleanliness: Very clean. Facilities: The shower water pressure was great, and the facilities are all quite new.

After checking in at the front desk, a butler promptly arrived at our room with welcome fruits, toiletries, and small toys for the child, which was a very thoughtful service from the Bi Gang butler. The rooms in Building 2 are a bit older compared to Building 1, and the scenic view rooms face the hotel's courtyard, which is quite pleasant. However, they don't face south, so we couldn't sunbathe on the balcony. There's only one coffee machine in the breakfast restaurant, so the wait is long. The Italian coffee I ordered was just black coffee without milk, and it was extremely bitter, tasted like the coffee beans were over-extracted. The variety of food wasn't much, and refills weren't timely. I wouldn't recommend breakfast.

We stayed in a family room with two large beds. The bathroom included a hot spring tub, and upon check-in, we received a water card to control the water temperature ourselves if we wanted to fill it up. Check-in and breakfast are located in Building 1. Indoor and outdoor hot springs, the hot pot restaurant, and a mini-mart are in Building 2. Our room was in Building 3. There are children's play areas dotted around the resort. Behind Building 1, there's a large lawn where you can feed sheep, rabbits, and peacocks. The outdoor facilities are great for kids, but the hot springs themselves aren't particularly special. For dining, besides breakfast, both lunch and dinner need to be eaten in Building 2, which offers Chinese food and hot pot. Otherwise, you'll have to drive out to find other dining options.
