環境好，衞生好，房間也挺大。衹是我們住的318房間的陽台上放了2台空調室外機，2台空調一啟動，小小的陽台還能站嗎？還能坐嗎？本房間的空調室外機放在陽台上能理解，不理解為什麼把320房間的空調室外機也放在318房間的陽台上？更不能理解前台為什麼要把放了2台室外機的房間安排給我們2位長者住？難道怕我們的睡眠質量太好嗎？

房間到下午3點都沒有打理好，潮濕隔音差。房費和早餐完全不匹配，唯一值得看的就是煙花秀了，完全可以看了再去外面住，睡得好吃得也好。

服務：部分員工的服務需加強培訓、有待提升。另外建議加強園內及酒店內部服務的加強，不要給外地遊客一種進園後完全自助的錯覺。

2點辦理入住，七點才給鑰匙，鳥巢大房沒有描述中的室外浴缸，馬桶沒有清理，熱水也沒有，1158的房間大家千萬都不要來踩雷！經理也是態度惡劣，第一次碰到這種酒店！

狠狠避雷這家酒店啊！裏面環境差 設施老舊，一進去很濃的腳臭味。關鍵是0服務，除了在景區外面的服務中心辦理入住時有人，進去景區裏面後就是純自助了，沒有前台 看不到工作人員，有事就打床頭貼着的電話 打了也不一定來處理。建議大家住城區酒店，過來很近。
