很新的酒店，設施也不錯，但服務很一般，

在山西的小縣城裡有這樣的酒店，真的很驚喜。 設施：設施比較完善。 衞生：衞生挺好的，房間內部很乾凈。 環境：應該是比較新的一家酒店，內部設施還是比較敞亮的。 服務：服務很到位。 非常不錯的一次體驗。

很不錯的酒店，方便乾淨出去吃飯也很近，最主要停車方便，衹是五一價格漲的有點多有點遺憾別的都滿意

房間乾淨衞生，服務好

I was hesitant to have a dinner at the hotel in the evening, so I asked the front desk if I could put it on the room account. The front desk promised me that it was okay. But when I checked out after dinner, I couldn't put it on the room account because the deposit I paid was not enough. We only had 1106 dinner in total. How could it be not enough! So I planned to complain, and the restaurant negotiated with the front desk again. Later, a manager came to coordinate. First, he apologized and didn't want me to complain, but he still had to pay the dinner fee first. It was already late, so I didn't want to waste time, so I paid the dinner fee. To apologize, the manager said that he would send us a piece of fruit in each room. I looked at the reservation form, and it included a piece of fruit when I booked it. After looking at my order, the manager changed his words and said that he would send a piece of fruit to each room the next morning. When I checked out this morning, I didn't see any more fruit. I don't really care about fruit, but the service of this hotel is really disappointing. And the round desk in the room is not solid at all, it shakes when you touch it lightly. I can't imagine that the quality of this five-diamond hotel is like this!
