酒店外觀設計漂亮，客房古典風格，室內乾淨整潔，床單被罩枕頭衞生潔凈，洗漱用品齊全，早餐品種和質量一般，服務員禮貌熱情。酒店門前院內停車場車位較多，隨時可以使用。登記時大堂接待員要收200元按金，經過溝通，大堂經理同意可以不收。為了互諒，退房時我主動請服務人員先查房，無問題後在去大堂退房卡。大堂經理表示理解！還贈送了酒店的小禮品！總之下次再來光顧4星黃金港假日酒店時，希望不會再遇到不被酒店信任的歧視條款。

酒店外部環境和內部設施都挺好的，房間衞生也蠻好的，接待人員服務態度也挺好，整體評價感覺很好，尤其在五一節假日期間，價格不高很有性價比，給個大大的贊吧。
