環境：地理位置很好，距離揭陽學宮步行10分鐘，打車交通便利。周圍美食小吃很多。
設施：房間挺大，配了沙發和小桌子，窗户有兩層，隔音效果挺好，靠近馬路但不會吵。地板有些翻皮破損。有投影儀但是不大能用。
衞生：乾淨整潔，衞生間沒有乾濕分離但挺大的
服務：辦理入住等了比較久，可能是旺季原因。工作人員禮貌友好，價格比較良心，取消政策友好。

首先要肯定的是處理問題的小帥哥積極響應，很勤快把積水拖乾淨了。
再説這房間，其他評論説的床硬這些其實都不是問題，也不是很影響睡覺，但是老闆把這種有問題的漏水房當什麼優選大床房來賣就太過分了吧？看照片就知道天花板都漏水到發黑了，晚上一回來就看到滴滴答答在漏水，估計就是樓上居民樓洗手間的水，這連特價房都不如好不。洗澡間的水斷斷續續的，斷的時候多過續，洗個澡都很艱難，早上開熱水水龍頭時也是一樣，突突突的，噴了我一身。真是糟糕透頂的體驗，沒有之一。

房間設施陳舊，之前因為訂的房間有一股臭味換了一間，但是水龍頭開關壞了的，雙人床的房，杯子都是衹有一個，煲水壺老是跳制用不了，空調遙控沒有，説找不到，大冷天還有一兩衹蚊子在飛，桌子上有一衹小蠊爬過，更氣人的是早上要走時房間門鎖壞了開不了，然後不斷打電話催促多次讓人來撬鎖，後來開鎖師傅爬窗進來搞，等了一個多小時才能退房，嚴重影響了行程和心情，後來退了50元，真是很糟糕的體驗。
