設施故障，沒有熱水，衞生間臟，毛巾發黃，WiFi電視電話全用不了，大冬天裏衹有暖氣是正常的，跟酒店反饋衹説無法解決敷衍了事。

這個酒店真的差勁了，水一開黑的，黃的，放了好久才變正常,離譜的是沒熱水，怎麼會連基本的熱水都沒有？11點打過去説高峯期，好，我能理解，我等，12點還高峯期嗎？我真的好生氣，第二天8點難道還高峯期嗎？根本就是沒熱水，什麼高峯期，藉口，離譜。連基本的熱水都沒有，環境差，廁所臟！

簡直就是比旅館都不堪入目，提前幾個小時訂的，去到那裡説是沒房，後面弄了一個根本就不能住人的破房間應付，洗髮水沐浴露都是過期的，毛巾也是直接扔在廁所，床單還有血跡，房間牆紙都是破破爛爛的！連東西都不敢往桌子上面放，太晚了衹協商了退款，不然這種情況投訴是需要三倍賠償的！在此提醒大家謹慎下單！！！

這家酒店，非常噁心。8點在平台預訂好的酒店，十點多快十一點去到，居然説沒有房間，並且不是我一個人遇到這個事，我看到很多都這樣。請問這樣，良心過得去嗎？很多都是拖家帶口出來旅遊，大晚上到的，然後來到才説沒房，如果沒房，為什麼還放平台騙這麼多人過來。簡直就是黑店
