Choosing this hotel was a fantastic decision, largely thanks to Lime, our butler, who made us feel incredibly welcome and was the main reason we extended our stay. My thanks to every staff member. From the warm welcome tea she offered the moment we stepped into the lobby, to her efficient and prompt resolution of any small issues during our stay, and her thoughtful reminder to check our belongings upon departure—her service was professional, meticulous, and full of personal warmth. She always anticipated our needs, making us feel completely at ease and respected. The hotel's facilities are also very well-maintained and feel brand new overall. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality travel experience!
