Every time I visit Jilin, I stay at this hotel, the best in Jiangcheng, always opting for a river-view room. This time, I encountered Ms. Zhuzi at the front desk, who was incredibly warm and attentive. She even gave me discount vouchers, which came in handy for dinner at the 38th floor restaurant. Every staff member I met was friendly and enthusiastic, and I hope they continue to maintain this high standard. I'll definitely be back!

The environment is very good. It should be a newly opened hotel. The facilities are very new and clean. However! ! ! ! The soundproofing is super, super bad. Friends who can't stay up late are advised not to come. I checked in at 8 o'clock yesterday. The couple next door kept making very loud noises. I thought it was better to make less trouble than more trouble and wait until they went to bed at night. As a result, at 11 o'clock, the two of them started watching the football game. The sound of the TV was still very loud until 12 o'clock, as if it was playing in my ears. I couldn't stand it anymore, so I called the front desk and told me that it was just the sound of normal people talking and watching TV. At 12 o'clock in the evening, I was told that it was normal. I couldn't help but quarreled for a few words. The front desk agreed to change the room, but the things had to be moved together. I tossed it in the middle of the night. Although it was quiet, I was also energetic. I fell asleep at nearly 1:30. The environment and sanitation are nothing to say. The soundproofing is really too bad. I will definitely not stay a second time

The hotel is new with modern and convenient facilities, and the staff are very responsive to requests. Its location is also very convenient, with many great food options nearby, making it excellent value for money. I highly recommend staying here. A couple of areas for improvement: The breakfast quality was quite ordinary. While there were many options, none of them particularly stood out. The housekeeping auntie would throw away unused toothpaste and toothbrushes every day, which is wasteful for the hotel and irresponsible towards the environment. I hope they can address this.

The room facilities are very user-friendly, and the service level and attitude are excellent. The hotel's breakfast is also rich and varied. The location is very close to the bustling Henan Street, and Hunchun Street Night Market is right outside the front door on the right. It's just over a hundred meters from the famous Songhua River, which makes the night view even more beautiful, and boat tours of the Songhua River are practically on your doorstep! I've stayed at the Atour Hotel on Beijing Road in Jilin City several times now, and it's genuinely good.

The room was clean and tidy, with twin beds, probably 130cm wide. The pillows were just right, not too soft nor too firm, and the duvet was of a suitable thickness. Soundproofing was also excellent. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. The braised pork with mushrooms was surprisingly delicious; I even had a couple of bites of lean meat first thing in the morning – truly savory! If you're in a hurry, you can also grab a simple takeaway breakfast with milk and cake. The service was great. I had a late flight, and they kindly gave me an extended check-out time. Five-star review. I saw the rime ice, watched the Errenzhuan show, cuddled a snow fox, went ice fishing, rode a horse, and visited the Ice and Snow World. It's been an amazing trip, time to head back!

This stay experience really made me very satisfied! The check-in procedure was quick and efficient, the room was spacious and bright, the decoration style was simple and atmospheric, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was very good. The sanitary conditions are also very good, the room is spotless, the bathroom is clean and tidy, and the equipment is complete. Room service is available every day and the details are well done.

I found this hotel while passing by in a taxi in Jilin. I asked and found out that it had only started its trial operation on December 27th. The hotel environment was very new, the bed was large, and the overall facilities were excellent for Jilin, making it worth staying at! By the way, I felt that room 1505 had the best view, so I took some photos.

This hotel is great. Breakfast has a large food variety, it has self-service coffee machine, it closes at 10:30am which is super appreciated, the location is good for food as it is in the special food district (15 minutes to railway though). Staff are very helpful. The only issue I have is the nearest convenience store is close but over the road and the taxi/Didi sometimes drop you off on the wrong side of the road because it more convenient to them and didi says to cross the road in the middle of the street so bad mapping by Didi. Some signs at breakfast and other things are only in Chinese (I'm from Australia and I don't know Chinese) so need to use translation app to use the coffee machine and the air conditioner though.

There is a gym, breakfast, and one English-speaking staff member. It is a remodeled hotel and there is a wedding hall on weekends, so it gets crowded. The photo is the exterior as seen from the room.

The room is clean and the proprietress is warm and considerate. It is a military home. In these four words, it is safe and secure.
