Madison Hotel Jinan Yaoqiang International Airport

Due to a change in plans, I found myself back in Jinan, and my first thought was to stay at your hotel again. It's incredibly convenient being so close to the airport, and the shuttle service makes travel stress-free 🚕 (a special shout-out to the shuttle drivers, who are always super friendly and give helpful reminders to guests). The breakfast is incredibly generous for a hotel in this price range ☕️👍. When I returned this time, the check-in was handled by the 'Front Desk Manager 💓,' who provided excellent service. As a returning guest from out of town, we even received welcome fruit, which was a lovely gesture and showed the hotel's sincerity. Overall, it was a fantastic and thoughtful experience 👍👍👍.

The room was clean and tidy, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful. I had originally booked for two nights, but my plans changed and I needed to cancel one night early. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helped me check out quickly. They even gave me a snack bag upon checkout, which was a really thoughtful touch! I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. 😊

The hotel is not far from the airport. My room might have been facing the interior, so I didn't hear any plane noise while sleeping, which was good. There's a scheduled shuttle service to the airport, which is very convenient for those catching a flight. Overall, the room was quite decent.

Classic Huazhu Hotel trap of misleading photos. The pictures show rooms with full-wall windows, but in reality, most rooms only have small, half-wall windows. I had to switch rooms several times to get one with a larger window, and none of them were floor-to-ceiling. Aside from the restaurant, the second floor of the hotel is rented out as office space. The robot service is quite slow. It took about 10 minutes for it to arrive each time. The material used for the headboard panel was poor quality and had a strong glue smell, which really affected my sleep as I'm sensitive to such things. On the plus side, there were indeed two sinks in the bathroom.

My flight arrived late at night, so I specifically chose a hotel with airport pick-up service. The hotel is new, and both the facilities and service are excellent. The driver who picked me up was also very nice. Before I left, the front desk even gave me a warm bottle of water, which was a thoughtful touch.
