客房和餐廳服務尚可，能感覺到大姐們比較陣子這份工作，雖然有些不足但是可以理解，已經是盡力了。前台服務較差，業務流程也不熟悉，能夠犯酒店行業非常低級得錯誤，還絲毫不覺得。加上意識培訓吧，否則大家的努力都被前台散漫意識形態所影響了。

這家酒店基本沒有服務，前台真就是屬於一問三不知的那種，我們定的是電競房的房間在酒店的後院的平房裡，房間設施很一般，連抽紙都沒有，電腦還湊合，但是沒有窗户，通風很差，並且旁邊在裝修，非常吵，入住的時候，前台也並沒有告知，住上了之後詢問前台早上是否會裝修，前台告知不會，第二天早上8.20分裝修可就開始了，真的無語，根本沒法睡，而且晚上讓加床被子前台竟然説沒有，真的絕！！！中午去辦理退房，前台告知，直接離店就可以，按金自動退，我們房間沒有消費任何東西，扣了我4塊錢，聯繫到前台，説我們消費了一瓶可樂，我讓前台去查，半天也沒個結果，還是投訴到攜程了，才有人加我，説可能是客房忘記補貨了，説讓財務給我退，截止到現在我也沒有收到退款，幾塊錢的事，搞得真的挺噁心的就，定電競房的小夥伴們，一定要謹慎，避雷！！

房間、服務都很不錯，早餐也很好，就是有待提高衞生質量，我們去的時候半夜了。想洗個熱水澡，但是地面毛髮太多，給人感覺很不舒服。
