The room was clean and comfortable, and the smart features were really impressive. You could just use the voice assistant to control everything from the lights and curtains to the air conditioning and TV. The hotel's decor felt quite new, and I personally really liked the style. The front desk service was also excellent. When I checked in, they offered a voucher for a complimentary cocktail or coffee, which I could redeem at the front desk anytime during my stay. It was a very thoughtful service. I also have to specifically praise the laundry service. Unlike other hotels with self-service laundry, here you just contact the front desk, and a robot comes to your door to pick up your clothes. After they're washed, they're delivered back to your room. This kind of service is usually only found in five-star hotels, so it was truly exceptional.
