優點:
位於浙江路，處於最繁華的街道，靠近歐記大排檔 回家吃飯等網紅餐飲店，再也不用擔心吃不上飯。
周邊各類店鋪齊全，往哪裡打車出行都很方便。
價格相較於一個紅綠燈外的亞朵便宜不少，性價比真的很高。
2樓還有個公共小客廳
前台服務的小哥哥姐姐都很熱情，保潔阿姨也勤來
缺點:
旁邊就是夜場ktv,半夜難聽的歌聲深入人心！（這邊的ktv名字感覺都不太對勁...）
早上附近有裝修，一大早就開始噔噔噔！（夢迴到温州）
隔音不是很好，隔壁的笑聲我們都能聽的很清楚...
空調有時候半夜會26°變成27°，然後就不製冷了，半夜被熱醒過一次😭
床頭的電插座很鬆，插頭很容易掉出來，晚上充手機得注意點⚠️
