私人住宅改建為賓館的，電梯是加裝的。整體感覺一般。設施挺簡陋的。主要的是，一、房間裏沒有放礦泉水，和前台要，還要另外付錢買。之前也遇到過沒有放水的酒店，但和工作人員要，基本上都是會給你的。二是，在攜程上訂的，還要我付按金，雖然過後會返回，但給人感覺挺不好，這也是我第一次遇到攜程上訂房要付按金的。最主要的是，房間裏面也並沒有擺啥需要付費的東西，像方便麪、飲料啥的。我搞不懂他們讓我交按金的意義在哪裡。三是，房間在三樓，第二天早上七點不到院子裏就人聲鼎沸，還在敲打着什麼，讓人抓狂的很。下次應該不會再去了。
