Zijing Hotel (Jingdezhen China Ceramics Museum) Reviews

We choose this hotel because of proximity to the Museum of Ceramics. Hotel is located within 15-20 minute taxi drive both from the airport and the Railway station. Since taxis are omnipresent and cheap all Sightseeing spots are reachable without any problem. The hotel is new and spread over a large area with st least 7 separate buildings. This isnot convenient in case ones room is far from the restaurant. But there is a good shuttle service. The hotel definitely doesn't belong to the five star category. The restaurant is already closed at 8 pm. The breakfast buffet is also far from the five star category, provide mostly Chinese meals with a limited choice of European meals ( for instance no cheese at all). Coffee machine is available. The staff friendly. The porcelain shop is good. We bought there several things for quite reasonable prices. There is no beer or wine bar - that's a pity as the hotel is not within a populated urban area. Our special thanks go to the young employee Vern. He was very polite and helpful, making suggestions on places worth visiting and even organizing a car with driver to visit the ancient Yaoli town (this service does not belong to the "hotel package", and yet Vern tried to do his best to help us. Overall summary: reasonable 3.5-4 Star Hotel .

Higher end hotel walking distance from the porcelain museum! Facilities feel elegant and clean, while the staff was professional and friendly. Staying here makes going to the museum incredibly convenient!

The hotel is built on the mountain, surrounded by wetlands, and has an elegant environment. It feels so good to be awakened by the birdsong in the morning! The Ceramics Museum is close to Building 7, just a few minutes away. The entire software and hardware of the hotel are remarkable. Locals call it one of the top hotels in Jingdezhen! I will choose to stay here next time I have the opportunity to come to Jingdezhen^_^

This Zijing Hotel is amazing. The overall hardware has several buildings, and each floor has staggered levels, and each room has a balcony. It is also very clean. Especially the service is very humane. And the hardware of the hotel is so good with mountains and water by the river? Very good!

The location is great. I live in Building 7, which is just opposite the China Ceramics Museum. It's very close. The hotel is on the mountain, the air is very good, and there are nice birds singing. The breakfast is also good, the noodles are very delicious, and there are also special dishes from Jingdezhen. The hotel's waiters are quite young and enthusiastic, and the front desk service is also very good. There are several older waiters at breakfast. We were eating here, and she was coughing and spitting there, which was very disgusting. There is also no air conditioning in this Tian Hotel. They said that because it is in the mountains, you can open the window, but you sleep with the window open because it is very quiet. The insects are particularly obvious at night. I don't know if it is a construction site, there are knocking sounds, and finally I closed the window and slept in a hot sweat.

The room is large, the decoration style is more business-oriented and the facilities are new. It is comfortable, clean and sanitary. The hotel area is large and the surrounding environment is good. The transportation is convenient, and the Jingdezhen Ceramic Museum is across the road from the hotel. The breakfast is rich and delicious with Chinese and Western food. There are small welcome gifts.

When you come to Jingdezhen, just close your eyes and go to their house. I live in Building 6. It feels so good to have a balcony. When you open the screen window, you can hear the sound of birds. The service is super good. The hardware is also very new. It is mainly very close to the Ceramics Museum. The breakfast is also rich. Building 6 where I live is very quiet. I will still come to their house next time~

I went on a trip with my parents on May Day. Four elderly people in their 70s and two children were very nervous about going to Jingdezhen for the first time. The hotel service was very nice. It rained heavily last night and our clothes got wet when we went out to eat. Manager Bi in the lobby helped us dry our clothes and the elderly praised us highly. The waiter in Building 6 learned that we had children and took the initiative to help us make the bed and get the quilt. The restaurant manager in Building 1 introduced us to the special food. We ate different dishes for three consecutive days. The dishes were exquisite and the cooking skills were superb. Such a wonderful journey makes people linger and look forward to coming again!

Jingdezhen is so beautiful. The hotel service, sanitation, environment, facilities and location are all great. I stayed for 4 days and it was really not enough. The only warm reminder is that the service staff did not pay attention to the do not disturb or cleaning signs displayed at the door, and knocked on the door several times at 8 o'clock in the morning. Everything else is perfect. I will choose again.

This hotel is a hillside hotel with excellent location, environment, parking lot and service. We stayed there for two nights. Just after checking in, we wanted to have a good rest after driving for half a day. Unexpectedly, some paint materials fell off the top of the curtain in the room. We immediately notified the front desk to let the service staff check it out. They said they would arrange for construction workers to solve it later. The service staff gave us a small gift for this matter. Only two bottles of mineral water were given in the room. We asked if we could add a few more bottles, and the answer was that an additional fee would be charged. On the second night, the service staff brought us two bottles of yogurt. We ordered meals at the hotel for both nights. One dish on the first day was not suitable for our taste, and one dish on the second night was particularly salty. There are two restaurants to choose from for breakfast, and you can go to the restaurant closest to where you live.

It is across the road from the China Ceramics Museum, less than ten minutes' walk, very close, but if you live here for the museum, it is very unnecessary. The style of the old-fashioned state-owned hotel should be upgraded from facilities to services. The hardware and software are not good, and such a good building and park are wasted. The front desk is very unprofessional and the attitude is average. There are rooms, but they have to arrange a room that has just been checked out and not cleaned. The smell of smoke is very strong. I found the room attendant and transferred it to the next door. I don't understand why they didn't arrange a room. The hygiene is average, the TV is old and can't be projected, the bathtub is dirty, the shower should be repaired, and there are melon seed shells under the sofa chair. Carrying a lot of luggage, no one from the concierge or the reception staff said to help. Building 3 is the worst, 400 yuan is the level of Home Inn, it may be worse, Buildings 1 and 2 are also very average, the key is that the buildings are scattered, you need to walk a lot, change two elevators, which is very inconvenient. There are many types of breakfast, the taste is average, there are many group guests, it is messy, and the experience is not good. When checking out, the guard on duty at the entrance of Building 1, a slightly fat male employee in a suit, and a female employee were chatting loudly at the entrance, as if they were in a vegetable market, and they didn't look like they were working at all. It was a very bad impression.

The hotel is very large, with several buildings, and you need to drive from building to building! Check-in is in Building 1, and we were upgraded to light luxury on the same day, in Building 6. Breakfast is on the 4th floor of Building 6. It feels like flat ground. We live on the 2nd floor, and we are not used to going down. The hotel is well greened, but it is very quiet at night, and we dare not go downstairs! The hotel breakfast is average, and the service is very good. Because there was a little episode on the first day, they immediately helped to change it on the second day!

I took my family to Jingdezhen for a trip, mainly to visit the Jingdezhen Ceramic Museum. Zijin Hotel is in a great location, with Building No. 7 just opposite the museum. After breakfast, there is a shuttle bus to Building No. 7, which is really thoughtful. The waiters were very enthusiastic when I checked in. Seeing that I brought my child, they gave me a small gift for the baby, a porcelain whistle. After checking in, they helped push the boxes and sent us to the room, smiling throughout the whole process, which was very warm. The room also comes with a small porcelain cup + yogurt. The only drawback is that the breakfast variety is not rich enough, especially the Western food is relatively small. Overall, it is a five-star satisfaction. I recommend everyone to experience the service of Zijin Hotel when traveling to Jingdezhen.
