This is my third time staying here. What I am most satisfied with is that no matter which room type you choose, breakfast is included, so you don't have to go out to find food alone with your children. In addition, the location is very good, close to the Splashing Water Square and the riverside night market, which is only a 200-meter walk away.

The owner Xiao Cai and his mother were very enthusiastic. We suggested a good route to play in Xishuangbanna for the first time. We also transferred us to the Comet empty room. We originally booked one night and stayed for two nights. Yes, it is very convenient here. The front is the water splash square, and there are nucleic acid detection points in the square. Going out from the front desk, there is Wal-Mart in front of the left, and RT-Mart in front of the right. Shopping is quite convenient. It is very close to Mandi Park on foot.

The experience was very good. Due to personal reasons, I needed to put my luggage in advance. The boss upgraded me to a river view room. It was very beautiful. The toilet was smart and there were smart speakers such as Xiaoai speakers. However, the towels may have fallen off and drinking water was not provided. Maybe the price was not high enough to provide water. That level?

There is also a swimming pool on the roof, and the environment is very good, especially the night view. The breakfast is generally good, with quite a lot of variety. I really like their rice noodles. The laundry room is a bit run down, so if there's nothing special about it, try not to use it.

亚亚当The BaiMa (White Horse) Hotel is on the 9th floor of a beautifully designed building. It has a tea drinking area at the elevators. The whole hotel, including in the rooms, has pictures of what I think is an expedition race the owner took part in -- but it's not overdone. The location is perfect, right on the center west of the new north-side of downtown JingHong (main tourist area). Right beside the night market. Delicious food found at the restaurants nearby. Corner store (with decent wine) downstairs. Motorcycle and scooter rental down the street in front of the hotel. The best views of the Mekong! The room was big, spacious, and postmodern (contemporary) in decor -- very comfortable and still having personality, not just a ”white room” as so many hotels are styling themselves as, these days. There is even a small fridge and a full-sized washing machine! The bathtub on the balcony was very romantic. The cost was worth it, compared to more expensive rooms in other hotels. The staff was beyond helpful, first by allowing me to choose which room I would have, and second, by helping me order flowers and food to my room. They even brought us free chopped fruit. They had cleaned my room during the day when I went out, even changing the bedsheets when they noticed the sheets were dirty.... +++ The only negatives I can think of is that the AC does not make the room cold enough for a spoiled Westerner like me (but most people won't have a problem with that), and the tub on the balcony is still missing it's fixtures. Oh, and the pictures of the racers above the bed was a bit strange. Of course, I wish it was cheaper, but actually the price is probably fair considering the cost of other hotels and how well done this hotel is. Overall, a beautiful and excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it.

GGuest UserI had read the previous reviews before booking and felt a little tentative based on what people had said about service. Well, Either those people are complete liars or the staff read those reviews and upped their game but they have done an amazing job here. I stayed for a week and a friend stayed in another room, for the price for the location, for the cleanliness, for the amenities, and for the kindness of the staff I will always always stay here when coming back to this area. Breakfast isn't a choice, but it's huge and delicious. Housekeeping will clean anytime of day you're out, and the staff was WONDERFUL, welcoming, accommodating and friendly. A beautiful place. I had the suite next to the elevator with a balcony to the busy street and had NO problems having a great night of sleep every night. If you're worried about noise they give you earplugs in the room, but I never needed them. Great products and a huge bath that filled up quickly with hot water. Easy walking distance to the night market and lots of food and shopping. Thank you for a great stay!

There is a fountain show in the swimming pool from 8 to 9 p.m. ⛲️The coffee bar and gym are on the third floor. There are also ethnic clothes for taking photos and checking in (˵¯͒〰¯͒˵) One-to-one butler service, directly targeting Haidilao-style service 🍱The breakfast is rich and varied, fresh and delicious. Dining on the second floor from 7.30 to 10.00 in the morning 🤎The hotel has free airport pick-up service, treasure box robot service, whole house intelligence, smart toilet, laundry room (special laundry room - with drying function - you can notify the housekeeper to help with laundry, and there is also a tea room in the lobby on the first floor. SShabaniGreat location with lots of food options in the neighborhood a short drive away or a bike ride away. The resort area comprises of Pullman, crowne plaza and Wanda. So if u prefer to eat in one of these hotels that’s an option but much more pocket friendly options in the area too outside of this hotel area but close by. Rooms are comfortable. An outdoor and indoor pool are available but the indoor one water is too cold and needs to be regulated. The steam and sauna are not always on so if u are the first one to use like in my case then u have to wait till it heats up and gets fully operational. Steam worked great but sauna not so good. Jacuzzi was busted and non-operational. Don’t forget to get ur swimming caps as even though outdoor pool one is not required but if it rains u must go to the indoor one as per hotel rules and for indoor u need a cap and to buy one at site is very expensive. The check in desk person Jacky Chen was very nice and helpful. Smooth check in process. Eva he at the breakfast buffet was also very kind and friendly and all the staff generally were good. However the staff at the front entrance gate need to be trained better to talk to customers like they normally should to customers but I felt they were very rude although it was not there intention to be rude. They just need better training. Parking is not allowed around the entrance circle but many people are allowed to park and is not consistent. If they allow one car to park then they should allow all. Local cars should not get preference. Even the help staff at the breakfast should be trained a little more to serve customers as it was quite chaotic. Overall a pleasant stay but some improvements required as highlighted above.

AAlexanderThe hotel is very big and not that central near the nightmarket than other hotels but that was no issue for us as we wanted to have a quiet night and a big garden to relax. The rooms are very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed our nights there. It is obvious that the building and pool area area not the newest anymore but thats ok. We booked executive package and were a little disappointed about the very less of western dishes in the hotel. There were just chinese dishes every evening which we liked but a little bit more variety of international dishes would be more suitable for a hotel in this category. The staff is very friendly and helpful and we liked the shuttle bus to the nightmarket and other attractions in the area. Thank you!

TTheAngaritasWe booked two rooms in the hotel. One for my children and one for us as a couple. We loved both rooms. The location is suitable and distance friendly to most attractions and the staff members go beyond the normal service to make you feel at home. Adora from the front desk was extremely helpful and caring towards us. She sent us a list of children a activities in the hotel and helped us when feeling sick sending us a basket of fruit and some porridge. She even met us the day we left go give us a present from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious offering many options and the rooms very spacious and clean. Thank you Adora and Intercontinental hotel - xishuanbanna is beautiful and the hotel is the perfect combination to this trip.

JJEN_老师This was an amazing stay! We checked out early from a different hotel that was a terrible stay, but staying here made the whole trip amazing! The check-in staff was so sweet, accommodating, and friendly! They quickly brought anything we needed (extra towels, blankets, and slippers) and were very kind. We also hired a driver for the day, through the hotel (“Mr Zhang” 😍) who was maybe the BEST part of the trip! He took us all over, got us discounts on activities and was a tour guide for them as well! He went above and beyond and we absolutely loved our time with him! The room was comfortable for 3 people, and had “xiao du” to help with lights and curtains, and honestly provided great entertainment as well. The location is amazing with food and shops nearby, a spa on the floor below it, and a small grocery/store on the first floor that had all the essentials. It is also very close to the Starlight Night Market, and was exactly where we wanted to be for that. Breakfasts were wonderful, and they allowed us a late check out and stored our luggage at reception for about an hour before our taxi to the train station. The only thing that would make the stay even better would be if the very fancy room had some sort of closure to the bathroom. 😂 We managed, and may be slightly closer friends because of it, but it would be nice… But seriously, the whole stay was amazing and we love love loved them! Will for sure stay here again when we return to Xishuangbanna! 10/5!
