這裡是來西雙版納住的最好的一家了～整體服務很好，響應很及時，進出都有車子接送，工作人員都很有禮貌～房間也很乾凈舒適，還有歡迎水果，小冰箱的飲品也免費使用～尤其管家may有求必應，非常的貼心，讓整個旅程更加舒心了，下次有機會還會再來的

酒店環境的確不錯，雖然是在酒店羣裏的最深處，但也算是國內比較好的園林酒店了，就是開業時間較久，應該重新裝修一下了，管家阿May服務很好，有求必應，及時響應需求，後續如果再來西雙版納，還會選擇這邊！

客房經理阿may入住前一天就主動聯繫添加微信，提前安排好了房間，國慶期間下午一點到店也絲滑入住了，入住期間也是響應很積極，微信都是秒回。退房也幫我們申請到了延遲一小時

酒店環境充滿東南亞風情，處處出片，獨棟別墅並且自帶泳池，私密性OK。大堂吧view極佳，等待咖啡入住期間特意去品嚐了好幾次，非常美味。管家阿May服務周到，貼心負責。
