那雲酒店各項設施非常齊全，房間乾淨整潔，酒店的環境十分優美，熱情周到，特別是花金美，服務特別好，非常感謝！

環境不錯，建築風格獨特，拍人像挺好。服務上檔次，有賓至如歸的感覺。停車場到酒店有接駁車或小火車，也挺方便的。早餐品種挺多，衹是中、晚餐衹有一個地方好吃，且菜品不多，吃了兩頓，第三頓感覺點不出菜了。

五一假期出行選擇了麗水景寧的那雲，住宿分AB兩區。此次兩邊房間都體驗了，有配備一對一的服務管家雲裳，提前一天就添加了微信。服務貼心周到，我們是兩大一大朋友入住，給我們申請早餐。雖然園區大，但是換房也很順利。
節假日客人很多，但是也不影響入住體驗感，打卡景點 活動都很多，推薦來玩！

被小紅書種草的度假酒店，這次五一如願帶小朋友入住遊玩，酒店專屬管家雲依的服務非常細心，出行前就把酒店的定位、遊樂設施、開放參觀遊覽的開放時間都做了提醒，而且想得特別周到，讓我們合理規劃時間提前安排，酒店的自助餐廳非常棒，五點準時抵達選了靠窗的絕佳位置，雲月藝術廣場、雲山書局拍照很出片，耽誤退房時間，感謝管家雲依的貼心安排，二天一晚根本玩不過來，待夏天泳池開放再帶孩子去體驗一次~

整體感覺挺不錯的，裏面配套設備也比較齊全，私人管家一對一服務非常好，私人管家雲容服務非常到位，幫忙協調解決很多預約和路線等，整體比較滿意，特別是對管家雲容的服務。
