From the day before entering the hotel, I felt the deep care. The housekeeper added me on WeChat and told me all the precautions in advance. After entering the hotel, it was even smoother. Since I checked in on Sunday, there were relatively few guests. First, I was upgraded to a parent-child room. The service was very considerate wherever I went. The room was also very nice. The library and the sky lounge are definitely good places to take photos. I was also very satisfied with the food, and the hot spring service was also very good. In short, I was very satisfied. If there is only one inconvenience, it is that it is far from the high-speed rail station. The hotel cannot call a special car, so you can only call a taxi, which includes the toll of 288. It would be better if there was a shuttle bus.

住：親子房乾淨、整潔、舒適、配套齊全 食：自助早餐種類繁多，另外酒店還有中餐廳、啤酒吧和西餐廳，食物新鮮美味、環境幽雅 玩：遊玩項目豐富，有書屋、電遊廳、VR、真人CS、礦山博物館、萌寵樂園、温泉中心，孩子玩得不亦樂乎 服務：管家雲想服務漂亮、熱情、周到、細心，大大的贊👍

酒店周邊風景秀麗，房間整潔舒服，娛樂的項目挺多，住一天排的滿滿當當，不覺得無聊。

Nayun Resort is truly a city in the sky on the cliff. The housekeeper Miss Yunshang provided considerate service and upgraded the room with a large terrace for us. Thumbs up👍In the morning, the misty mountains were far away, and against the backdrop of the turquoise lake, it presented a wonderful ink painting. Although there was a small episode in the middle, Miss Yunshang handled it properly and applied for a delayed check-out considerately, which made me feel warm. She also gave us a small commemorative gift when we left🎁It was a wonderful journey experience, thumbs up again👍

非常滿意，管家雲想的服務非常周到

The hotel environment is very good and the service is also good! This time I went out with friends and booked a total of 6 rooms. Special thanks to the housekeeper Yunrong, who answered all my questions and responded to all my requests. She also helped us arrange the rooms together to make it convenient for us to move around! I will look for her next time I come to stay!

週末出行和家人 管家雲裳提前就聯繫了 整個行程 管家也很nice 整個出行 還是很滿意的 除了下大暴雨很多體驗沒有體驗到 其餘的都可以 整個酒店太大 難免有慢的時候 但是還能理解 吃的一分價錢一分貨 看自己吧 設施：還是不錯的 在礦洞建造還能這樣很nice了 衞生：有點小蟲子 但是房間還可以 沒什麼網上説的黴味 差點被網上得勸退 還是得自己親自體驗 環境：天氣好就很nice 服務：管家雲裳很熱情 很不錯 其餘的服務人員都挺熱情的
