五一假期出行選擇了麗水景寧的那雲，住宿分AB兩區。此次兩邊房間都體驗了，有配備一對一的服務管家雲裳，提前一天就添加了微信。服務貼心周到，我們是兩大一大朋友入住，給我們申請早餐。雖然園區大，但是換房也很順利。 節假日客人很多，但是也不影響入住體驗感，打卡景點 活動都很多，推薦來玩！

這次五一和朋友一起出行，在那雲入住了三天兩晚，整體體驗感不錯。特別是管家雲裳的服務也很是滿意。希望餐飲這塊可以再多點選擇，還是推薦來的[玫瑰]

除了下雨了其他都不錯，管家雲容服務也到位

客觀評價：位置是絕佳的，裏面配套娛樂設施非常多，娃兒很是喜歡。薇跟拍的大高個扎辮子攝影師技術很專業，拍出來的照片超級有感覺。管家雲容很漂亮很熱情，講解詳細。親子房間非常大，住的很舒服，細節衞生再加強一些些就更棒了~

Booked a family room at Sky Castle on the Cliff for three nights. The overall experience was very good, especially the service of the housekeeper Yunrong was very good. 去年就種草了天空之城，今年五一終於帶着兩個寶貝來體驗了，管家雲想小姐姐人美心善，可可愛愛，還有温泉部的員工的服務特別要提出來表揚下，因為酒店實在太好拍拍拍了，導致傍晚手機就沒有電了，於是在沒有帶手機的情況下，三樓和二樓的兩位服務生小哥哥把自己的手機借給我拍攝，並且還加微信把視頻發送給我，真的好感激，至於他們的服務就更不用説了，都是有求必應。洗浴的時候服務員小姐姐主動幫寶貝吹頭髮，還給她紮了個滿分💯馬尾，很貼心，休息區等寶貝玩耍的空隙，打掃衞生的阿姨看到我在打瞌睡，主動帶我去了影像廳，好好睡了一覺，從這些小小的細節裏面，感受到了酒店管理的用心，有機會希望可以繼續和朋友來。
