非常不滿意，我們是三大三小，訂的家庭房，因為兩個小孩1.2以下免票，房間本來帶的就是2大一小，提前打電話問另一個大人需要買門票嗎，前台明確告知不用，本來就十來塊的門票 需要了就提前買好，還説不能明火燒烤，結果去了以後有一個胖胖戴眼鏡的矮個男的和一個戴眼鏡的女的，死活不讓進，非要補一個一大一小，結果五一根本沒有動物園的單獨票，全是和歡樂世界的聯票，各大平台找找不到，其他兩個小朋友先進去了，孩子眼巴巴和我在那站了十來分鐘，我們説平常賣多錢給他們直接掃碼付還不行，好心情全破壞了，而且三點才辦入住，四點了房子還沒好，大把房子沒人住，不知道在打掃什麼，隔壁三家都是用明火烤肉，不是説不能明火麼?服務根本沒有，可以説毫無服務，一個維修工一晚上給這家修完門去那家修廁所，我們房前燈不亮，柵欄鎖不上，廁所燈不亮，我看全酒店就這個維修工最忙。地方很好，知道為啥沒人來了，就這經營水平，遲早倒閉。

不錯哦，春節期間去的，人不多，很安靜，就在動物園裡，送了樂華城的門票，可以去兩次，第一天晚上看了演出還有打鐵花和無人機孔明燈，第二天再去玩項目，娃玩的很開心

因為帶歡樂世界的門票所以選擇了小木屋，覺得性價比高，整體入住感覺如下：
缺點1.從停車場後面的鐵門進入，但門口無任何關於酒店的標示牌，不打電話問前台，根本找不到地方。
2.從鐵門進去後，也要走一段路才能到酒店前台，這段路也無任何指示牌，衹能自己往前走着找，而且晚上這一路沒有路燈，很黑。
3.辦理完入住後，如果安排的房間靠門口，還能近點，如果安排的比較裏面，那麼又是一段需要步行的路程，房間木頭味較重。
優點：小院裏麪都是獨棟小木屋，有小院子，環境很好，上下鋪小孩很喜歡，離歡樂世界近，早餐也還不錯，整體來説性價比可以，就是位置不太好找，需要多走些路。

酒店位於樂華秦漢園動物城裡麪，環境舒適，風景秀麗，停車方便，早餐也可口。木屋羣房間不太好找，晚上略微有些害怕，因為綠植動物的原因，要注意蚊蟲！我們住的房間地板輕踩發出吱吱的聲音，衞生間玻璃會震動，電視節目少。

1、屋子裡非常潮，住着很不舒服。
2、大床還可以，上下鋪非常硬，能把人硌死。
3、設施設備容易壞，先發現電視還了，後來馬桶又堵了。
4、服務差到不行！電視壞了，當時也就18點多點，打電話報修，前台説“我們工程師下班了，那個電視修好了也就能收到幾個台，你就別修了。”
？？？我需要保修！你管我看幾個台呢！
後來好不容易等了一個多小時，終於有人來修了……
第二天早上馬桶堵了，快8點了，打電話報修，前台沒睡醒的聲音“我們工程師還沒上班”。
然後又等了快倆小時，一個人拿着皮搋子就來了，就這？就這還需要工程師？
總之，環境還行，但居住體驗很爛！服務超爛！
