GGuest UserOn the night of check-in, I bought food at the vending machine on the seventh floor. After the payment was completed, I didn't ship it. I called the screen prompt number and the background number. No one answered, so I took a photo and went back to the room. When I checked out the next day, I told the front desk on duty and showed the photos. The front desk (quality) asked me why I didn't find it at 12 o'clock last night (midnight), and why I didn't find it this morning (I was sleeping late). In the afternoon, the front desk sent WeChat to say that the staff had been there, and there was no stuck goods on the machine, and I could not refund the compensation.

JJiangshanrumoTraveling with our dog, I opted for a small, unpopular destination. I was drawn to this hotel, which has received rave reviews for its unique rooms and state-of-the-art facilities. We stayed for two nights and were pleasantly surprised. First, the service was attentive. They asked us in detail about our needs and check-in time before check-in, and even activated the air conditioning and notified the security guard. Check-in was quick and smooth. The hotel's location is slightly off the beaten path, but it's situated on the shores of Baima Lake. The hotel boasts a charming and elegant design. The rooms are small wooden cabins with terraces over the water, each with its own courtyard, a teahouse, and fishing opportunities. Living by the water, surrounded by the croaking of frogs and the chirping of birds, is truly relaxing. The next day, it rained heavily, and we enjoyed tea, fishing, and the view from the balcony, truly embracing the vacation experience. The various styles of cabins within the hotel are all beautiful and unique. Upon reading the introduction, I learned that the Wetland Hotel is a major project funded by the municipal government. No wonder it's so elegant and lively. It's one of the most memorable hotels I've stayed in in recent years.

GGuest User離荷花盪景區很近，出門走五分鐘就到了。但是因為靠着湖，比較潮濕，一開始給的房間有點發黴，跟前台協商後調換了。後來的房間電視也看不了，檢測不到信號，來人修了，也沒修好。酒店周圍沒有商店，要買東西最近是到一公里之外的橫鎮集市，也衹有幾家小店鋪超市，離金湖縣城40公里，來回很不方便。總的來説，這個酒店很大，到周邊配套的消費服務，暫時還沒跟上，體驗不是很好。

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and the overall experience was very good and worth recommending. At check-in, the front desk staff was friendly and the process was simple and efficient. Entering the room, the layout is neat and reasonable, the bedding is clean and comfortable, and it is very practical to sleep. There is no smell in the bathroom, and toiletries can meet basic needs. There are convenience stores and snack bars around the hotel, and life is very convenient. If there is a travel plan later, I should choose this one again.
