Staff in the restaurant need more training especially the breakfast buffet front counter. To attract more foreigner, a little renovation needed. Front desk counter are very friendly and help me resolve the problem.

Front desk : not 5 star hotel standard. No greeting during check in. Check out 2 days early yet front desk just ask to put the room card at counter. Not even interested to know the reason.
Room : hot like summer and it is centralised control. Even off the air conditioning temperature still same.
Restaurant : only 1 is available

Location wise is great as my relatives stay relatively nearby. There are a few convenience stores located within walking distance and a night market too.

Everything good… counter service excellent.. foods at breakfast are awesome… only request - restart the gym & swimming pool etc. facilities used to be there before covid

Nice hotel with clean rooms. Location was also nice. Their 24hr restaurant was open only for the breakfast.
