Hilton Quanzhou Riverside

This was my first time in Quanzhou, and for convenience, I chose to stay at the Hilton. Checking in, I met Sister Rongrong, who was incredibly warm and thoughtful. She even helped me switch rooms, which I really appreciated. The room was on a high floor with a great view and quite spacious.

On my summer vacation trip, I chose the Hilton Quanzhou and it definitely didn't disappoint! During check-in, I met Sunny, the duty manager, who was incredibly enthusiastic ❤️. She met all the different requests my friend and I had, she's such a warm person 👧. She was also very responsive whenever I had questions during my stay. It made me want to extend my stay! 💕 The service is truly excellent 👍👍👍

I stayed at the hotel for two nights, and the facilities were great in every aspect. Front desk staff member Xiao Hu arranged a fantastic room with a great view, which was very thoughtful and personalized. I'll definitely be back again.

The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. Breakfast was delicious.

The service is definitely commendable. The staff member, Nan, was very friendly and efficient with the check-in process, and the room was spotlessly clean. The only downside is that the hotel's main sign is a bit small, and the parking directions are unclear. I had to drive around once to find it, which was quite disappointing for a first-time guest. I hope the hotel can add clearer and more prominent directional signs in both the underground parking lot and on the ground level. This improvement would greatly benefit guests arriving by car and enhance the overall experience by making the hotel's presence more apparent throughout the entire area.

I brought my friends to Quanzhou, and the hotel is quite close to the airport. However, Quanzhou has a lot of traffic, and the road conditions aren't great. The hotel itself is decent. I met Rongrong, who was very thoughtful; she arranged our rooms on the same floor, and the view was pretty good. The breakfast tasted quite nice.

Overall, my stay was quite satisfying. The room was spacious and comfortable. For those traveling by car, there are plenty of parking spaces, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot. The front desk staff, Nuomi, was very welcoming and helpful, always with a smile. The room she arranged for me was also excellent.

The hotel has been around for a while, so it's a bit old but nothing major. The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Zheng, provided great service and arranged a high-floor room for me. The breakfast on the first floor wasn't particularly outstanding; I hope they can improve it in the future. Also, it would be great if they could upgrade to screen-mirroring TVs for more convenience.
