**Good location, friendly service, but some areas need improvement**
Dihao Hotel is conveniently located, especially if you enjoy shopping and exploring local night markets. There are plenty of shops and food options nearby, making it a good choice for travellers who want easy access to the surrounding area.
The hotel staff were generally friendly and polite. Special mention to **Xiao Su**, who provided very good service and was helpful throughout my stay. The reception team was also professional, welcoming and polite, which made the check-in and overall experience pleasant.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The **housekeeping service** could be more attentive, and the **breakfast selection and quality** could also use some improvement.
Overall, the hotel has a great location and good front-desk service. With some improvements to housekeeping and breakfast, the overall guest experience could be much better.

I booked this hotel for my family; the location is excellent and convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, and it's only a ten-minute taxi ride to the airport. Although there aren't many reviews, I figured a four-star hotel wouldn't be too bad. It was renovated in 2024, and service is what you expect from a four-star hotel. It certainly didn't disappoint. They proactively upgraded us to a family room, which was very clean, and the front desk service was excellent. My family was very satisfied and gave it rave reviews. It's great value for money; staying at a four-star hotel for this price is definitely worthwhile. I would definitely stay here again next time I travel.

The bathroom smelled bad, the bath water was too small, the breakfast was so-so, but everything else was okay. The sheets were stained and not very clean, so I brought disposable sheets myself.

When I came back at 10 o'clock, there was no hot water, which was almost normal temperature. I didn't answer the hotel's phone and went downstairs to call in a perfunctory manner. I couldn't wait for anyone to come and deal with it. When it was around 11 o'clock, the water became even colder and I couldn't take a shower. I didn't even have it the next morning. How much hot water! The hotel replied that there were too many people and they ran out of hot water! There are three rows of parking inside and outside the small parking lot, turnkey! I want to say that if you don’t have diamonds, don’t get the porcelain job! This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had in ten years, bar none!
