10點回來居然沒熱水，幾乎等於常温水，酒店電話也不接下樓喊也敷衍，等不到人來處理，等到11點多水更冰了，沒法洗澡，第二天早上都沒多少熱水！酒店答覆，人太多了用完了熱水！小停車場裏裡外外停三排，交鑰匙！我想説沒有金剛鑽，別攬瓷器活！這是我目前十年住店最差體驗的酒店，沒有之一！

因為想要預訂的酒店沒房間了，雖然看這家網上評價並不太好，但想想總還是四星級，所以轉而定了這家酒店，晚上八點半入住酒店，發現衞生間洗澡沒有熱水，聯繫客房説是水泵壞了，等到十點半，依然沒有任何消息，到前台找服務中心，説她們也沒辦法，別的房間也是如此，衹能表示道歉，但沒有任何解決方案。十一點半再下去找前台，前台小姑娘衹會繼續表示道歉，等到十二點半，依然沒有熱水，衹能粘答答的上床睡覺，早上退房，前台也沒有任何錶示歉意的態度。真是入住過酒店中服務最差的一家。建議去晉江的朋友們，儘量避開吧。
