房東姐姐服務非常的周到，到達時間凌晨了還在不厭其煩的配合服務，對於可以一家6、7口人不追求高大上，性價比高的話，這個房子確實很划算，畢竟是學校周邊的民房，周邊配套設定及環境都比較差一些，總之還是那句話，一分錢一分貨，這個房子也是對得起這個價格的。
