就當天晚上的當班人辦理入住對客服務態度不好，應該是經理吧、説我預訂的那個房型跟其它房型床上用品不一樣，我就不能理解，一個酒店床上用品是不統一嗎，對於金堂來説金裕也是帶星的酒店，不要求有多好的服務，説話中言語帶有藐視客人的語氣，我沒有反駁她，辦理完入住直接就走了，反正就是那種你要住就住，不住就算了
