酒店園區景色很美，空氣清新，綠草如茵，還有很多果樹，在酒店裡麪閑逛的時候還能看到泉眼。早餐很豐富，中西結合，地方特色，餐廳環境優雅，乾淨衞生，是全景的落地窗。酒店湖心島可以划船，沙子也很細，小朋友可以玩一下午。酒店工作人員服務很熱情周到，Taylor幫我把房間做了升級，面積大了很多，有私湯還有小院子。床鋪舒適，浴室設施一應俱全，乾淨衞生。管家Hailey妹妹積極主動，將酒店各項設施都做了詳細介紹，辦理入住時前台Tina還推薦了很多附近好吃的好玩的，因為她們的熱情招待和服務讓我們的路程更加輕鬆愉快。總之，這裏真的很適合週末帶娃出行，酒店親子活動也很豐富，在這家酒店體驗真的太棒了，絕對值得五星好評。

酒店房間門口有停車位非常方便，酒店大廳簡潔，大氣，有淡淡的香味，佈局合理，有輕音樂，很好聽。前台養生紅茶不錯，前台Tina為我們辦理入住服務熱情，效率高，周到，專業很不錯。房間採光好，明亮，安靜，舒適，衞生很乾凈，入住前一天Mia就聯繫我們熱情周到為我們介紹酒店，房間非常舒服，衞生間出水快，水温好洗澡舒服，房間整潔，乾淨衞生，客房阿姨親切，服務好，動作麻利，周到。非常好，強力推薦。

住的是3層，陽台外面可以看到湖景，風景不錯。市區開過來一個小時，適合週末過來躺平遛娃，耍水玩沙還有一些小遊戲，小朋友是耍得挺開心的，大人也能順便放鬆，管家Taylor服務及時，將酒店的親子活動時間地點都發給了我，有什麼需求也能儘可能滿足，Helen提供了很周到的服務，為我家小朋友提供了小童用品和熱牛奶。

這家酒店的服務態度非常好，員工熱情周到，讓我感到非常舒適和歡迎。房間也非常乾淨，床品和洗浴用品都是高品質，讓我感覺像在家一樣。地理位置稍微有點偏僻，但酒店園區綠化做的很好，很靜謐，非常適合旅遊居住。管家Shirley的服務很貼心，熱情主動的幫我介紹個套餐內容還提前預約好了，真的是賓至如歸，還給小朋友送了玩具，小朋友很開心，酒店的所有工作人員都好熱情的，非常感謝安保同事官志強幫我洗了車，很驚喜也很意外[玫瑰][玫瑰]總的來説，我對這家酒店非常滿意，強烈推薦給大家！

從門僮，大堂，餐廳，到客房等等，工作人員專業、熱情，及時迴應需求。在酒店讓我有回家的感覺。Taylor提前聯繫了我，詢問了我對房間的喜好，到店幫我升級了房型，小姐姐非常熱情有禮貌，讓人感受到賓至如歸。房間依水而建，景觀很棒,Hailey很貼心，給我準備了卡片。床品乾淨衞生，迷你吧免費使用，備品也及時補足。餐廳Helen積極詢問我對早餐是否合口味，有沒有什麼建議，熱情洋溢，活潑大方。這次體驗非常不錯，期待下次成都海泉灣美憬閣索菲特酒店之旅。
