This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Very nice hotel! Feel at home! The rooms are large, with a balcony, all facilities and decorations are very good. Children’s playground, swimming pool, and gym are free to use! These most basic things are not mentioned. I started talking from the moment I arrived at the store. As soon as I entered the lobby, the doorman greeted me politely and asked if I could help with the luggage. Because I arrived earlier, I thought I would wait until 12 or 2 o'clock like other hotels to check in. As a result, the check-in was done very quickly, and the rooms on the higher floors were also given. After moving in, fruits will be delivered soon. I asked the waiter on the 7th floor to give the child a toothbrush, and when I saw that I was bringing two children, I brought them in in duplicate, children’s slippers, children’s shampoo, and children’s bathrobes. It's a pity that I didn't pay attention to the name, I only knew that it was the waiter on the 7th floor. sincere gratitude! In the afternoon, there is a clown in the lobby teaching children to make balloons. The children are very happy. Because it is raining, they choose to go to the sports center to swim. The guard also specially reminded not to wear the hotel’s disposable slippers to the sports center. Went to participate in the fireflies flying in the evening, and came back very pleasantly. The room had double milk and snacks. And the garbage bag was also replaced with new ones. Seeing that I drank two bottles of water, I made up two new bottles! For breakfast the next day, I took two children. According to the regulations, I was supposed to make up for one child’s breakfast. But instead of mentioning a word, the restaurant staff patiently asked about our tastes, introduced the layout of the restaurant, and watched us. It may be inconvenient to bring the children to get food, but also took the initiative to help bring coffee. This shows the humanity and volume of the hotel! Many 5 star hotels do better than the ones I have stayed in! After the meal, the child said he wanted to feed the fish, so he ran to the lobby manager and asked if there was any fish food to buy. The lobby manager went to the storage room and took the fish food to the children! Also urged to pay attention to safety. When checking out, the sisters Xiang Yufeng and Huang Ziqing at the front desk were also very nice and reminded us to scan the QR code to avoid parking fees. Many gifts and chocolates were also given to the two children! I wish the hotel business is prosperous! Will come again!

Facilities: 1. There are only two karts, one is charging, and only one can be used normally. It is embarrassing that two people traveling together cannot use the kart at the same time. 2. The first room I checked in had a smell and the window screen didn't work, but I was quickly moved to another room. Environment: The environment is very good Service: 1. The service attitude is also very good. The staff member who received me was Luna. She was very responsive in replying to messages and changing rooms. 2. The hotel recommends pre-authorization via wx payment, but it is a private wx at the front desk, so I can only insist on swiping my card. (This is out of standard management. I haven’t seen a hotel that collects money and smuggles people for a long time) Meals: Dinner was delicious. The portion of breakfast is too small. It is a la carte and there is a limit on the number of items. Each person can order 1 or 2 items in each category. If you order a day in advance, I feel that you have ordered a lot of items. In fact, the portion is huge. Very few.

The facilities are not very new, it is a bit late at night, there is no one at the front desk, there is a man sleeping on the sofa, I don’t know if it is a staff, there is a small door by the window of the room, open it and see the air conditioner outside, but it is still a little scared to live alone, and it feels dirty, The air conditioner feels very old and lacks maintenance. The bath towels are a bit hairy. The lighting layout is not very scientific. The luggage storage feels very casual, but it is very convenient. The elevator room smells great, which is the worst. But this price is still very good, the scenery outside the window is good, the front desk is very warm, the room is relatively clean and spacious, I arrived early and let me stay in advance, breakfast is generally the same, the plate used feels like the canteen.
