中午到的酒店，沒有打掃出來，前台一位戴眼鏡的帥哥很耐心的解釋了有團隊剛退房需要打掃，態度特別好，同為酒店人可以理解下午17:00回來之後辦了入住，住進房間發現熱水壺打不開，撥打了前台的電話，樓層一位穿黑色西裝的姐姐2分鐘趕到，這個速度絕對驚人，處理問題的速度絕對可以值得點贊，那位姐姐很耐心的解釋告知是上一位客人燒水的時候，水超過了水位線，才導致斷電，產生了自我保護的功能，很耐心的陪我等着工程師傅來到修完才走的 1. 感謝穿白色襯衣前台戴眼鏡的經理 2. 感謝穿黑西裝的樓層經理我不記得他們的名字，但是他們的態度和處理問題的能力讓我記住了他們的樣子在這兩位經理身上，體現出了酒店的待客之道，這也透露出管理層要求的嚴格同為酒店人，又同為濟寧人，真的很值得點贊👍🏻
