離景區很近，但房間環境很差，設施舊，空調嗡嗡的，隔音效果也很不好，一大早門外就有人講話，吵的不得了，洗澡洗一半就沒熱水了，都把我凍感冒了，很不推薦

臨時決定國慶出來玩的，選擇了麗水仙都，民宿也是好不容易訂到的，這家名宿很乾凈，有連鎖酒店的標準了，主要我們一家四口，兩張床都是雙人床標準，睡的也很舒服，房型非常喜歡，老闆一家都很熱情很客氣，吃飯也可以選擇在他們民宿吃，味道不錯哦，很不錯的一次旅行體驗

五一選擇有限，因為位置好選的這家，評價都説服務特別好，確實老闆一家比較熱情，但是房間真的一般，首先三人間空間比較小基本上箱子都攤不開，其次廁所反臭很嚴重，最關鍵的是我們那晚居然沒水洗澡，水壓非常小，都是滴的那種。説是返錢但是最後衹是給了早餐。五一期間住景區其實報備車牌就能進來，聯繫老闆卻一直讓我買門票才能進來真是搞不懂。

先説下優勢：
1.這個地方就在景區鼎湖峯檢票處斜對面，步行2分鐘就可以檢票了
2.附近都是飯店，吃飯很方便
缺點
1.房間特別小，床很短，185身高需要卷着腿睡
2.樓下是飯店廚房，聲音吵
3.基本沒有床墊，硬牀板，電視不能用，掛鈎有灰。
如果單純為了方便可以選擇，為了舒適不建議入住

位置是真好，鼎湖峯景區入口對面，景區大巴車站出門就到，一條街都是吃的，去哪都方便。客棧沒有自己的停車位，但店主也幫助找到附近的停車場。房間衞生條件一般，也不算安靜，床還算舒服。五一的價格是虛高了。

老闆很熱情 微信都是秒回。住宿在景區裏面 遊玩方便。訂的很多套 房間都是空間小 塞個床沒有什麼其餘的空間。設備都偏老。空調晚上聲音有點影響睡眠。
