設施：老化嚴重，連消防用的面罩都沒放，準備打消防電話投訴！衞生間馬桶都是壞的，一晚上都在自動放水！早上起來連熱水都沒有！！！
衞生：衞生間還有用過的牙刷都沒清掃！房間桌子上的灰嚇**！
環境：太差！
服務：住過酒店最差的服務，前台要兩瓶水，一瓶水幾毛錢還要收錢，不給錢不給！前一天在金寨住維也納，房費比這個便宜，水都是隨便拿！關鍵維也納服務好，衞生也好，設施都齊全！
