I stayed in a double room in October this year. This time I stayed in a deluxe double room. The word ”luxury” was added. The room that the hotel gave for the first time had a strong smell of smoke. After the reaction, I changed a room and the smell of smoke disappeared. However, the toilet was blocked. After reporting it to the hotel, it came through. , but it was not resolved, the gentleman ran to the lobby on the first floor to go to the toilet.

Two things that I can't stand: 1. Poor sound insulation, and the downstairs is very noisy, there are people singing at one or two o'clock (maybe ktv), can't sleep at all. Angry I didn't find a phone in the room I lived in, there was no wardrobe there was a shelf for clothes, no bathrobes, slippers like paper, the shelf in the bathroom was rusty, the light switch on the bedside was broken, and these facilities were not replaced and not repaired. There is a lot of hair and dust in the window, and the cleaning is not cleaned? There are stains on the sheets and pillowcases on the right, which look like they have not been washed, and they are still quite responsive. The hotel is not decorated outside and has a special feature. The room is the main thing, and it has to make people feel clean and tidy. Don't let customers down.
