第一次來錦州在平台上選訂了喜來登酒店3晚，入住體驗感非常好，不愧是當地豪華酒店榜的No.1。酒店是錦州的最高樓，地標性建築，大氣豪氣時尚，第一印象很好。前台服務員温馨認真周到細緻。大堂寬敞明亮，大堂上下兩邊都有寬大的沙發區，這點對客人很友好。客房面積大，房內設施優質高端，雙盥洗盆是五星級標配，玻璃圓盆又大又新穎，很贊！床品舒適安逸，有利於助眠。因為訂了行政房，尊享行政禮遇，連續3天都在一樓大堂吧享用下午茶和Happy hour的簡晚餐，對服務員的熱情周到的服務很滿意。特別表揚大堂吧的美女服務員杜金嶺，她人美，態度好，服務很到位。微笑、禮貌，主動、勤快盡顯較高的職業素質，令客人有賓至如歸的感覺。點贊！感謝！來錦州，強烈推薦喜來登酒店！

房間很大，設施齊全，還有游泳池。工作人員服務態度非常好。尤其負責早餐的張雅琪，還幫助我家孩子梳頭，給孩子一些小禮品，非常感謝。下次再去錦州還住喜來登！

從不給酒店差評的我，將旅行中第一次差評送給錦州喜來登。原因有三點：
1、服務完全跟不上：可能因為五一人流較多，接待量暴增，導致前台工作失誤頻頻，拿到了房卡卻開不了房門，拖着兩個箱子，拎着三個包裹，苦苦溝通三輪，儘管如此，得到的答覆是稍等，馬上就去處理…無奈，將近20分鐘的等待後，衹好擠電梯下樓再次溝通…
2、前台人員謊話連篇：預訂的大床房，結果弄個雙床拼在一起，美其名曰免費升級…結果床縫非常大，帶孩子根本沒辦法睡，致電服務中心,竟被告知這是免費升級的房間，床會更大，是的，你們數學更好，因為1.25m*2確實比2.03m大，但我不需要好麼，煩請如實告知…回到酒店將近晚上10點，卻還要為床的事情溝通換房…真心很累…
3、房間空調異常：兩個房間均是時而好用，時而不好用，奈何洗完澡已經接近12點，真心不想再繼續添堵，被動接受…
綜上，錦州喜來登真的不太喜來登…
