The room was comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. The service quality was excellent; the staff were very responsible and attentive. They even asked the kids every night how they slept and told them to let 'Auntie' know if they needed anything. It was fantastic!

1. Parking was a nightmare. The road leading to the hotel entrance was heavily congested, making it difficult to even get into the parking lot. Once inside, finding a spot was impossible, and the signage was really unclear. 2. The breakfast was absolutely terrible! It certainly didn't justify the 1000/night holiday price; it was even worse than what you'd find at an economy hotel. 3. They claimed the breakfast offered city views from the 22nd-floor rooftop, but you can see for yourselves what it was really like. 4. The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its location. It's not far from the night market and the ancient pagoda park, and there are a few good BBQ places nearby.

I've stayed here multiple times. It's a decent hotel, and I appreciate the convenient amenities nearby. They even gave my child a gift at check-out. The downsides are that traffic gets really congested during the night market, and parking is a nightmare. Also, the breakfast isn't refilled promptly, and even the few tasty options aren't consistently available. Compared to other star-rated hotels, there's definitely room for improvement.

The room was quite spacious with excellent natural light and a wide-open view from the window. The desk and seating areas were both generous in size, making it very convenient for placing items or relaxing. The bed was large and comfortable, and the bathroom was also very clean. The room was surprisingly spacious, much larger than expected. It even had a sliding door separating the bedroom, giving it the feel of a large two-bedroom apartment, which was fantastic! The hotel offers parking, and it's convenient to charge electric vehicles nearby. A big thank you to the front desk for upgrading our room! The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. It's rare to find a hotel that's so perfectly suited. The room was clean with no strange odors, and the space was generous and not cramped at all. The room was spacious, clean, and in a great location, very close to Linghe Night Market but still quiet at night. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and helped with my requests, even providing a map of nearby attractions. I was very satisfied. This hotel is the perfect choice - particularly for any women travellers - as the bedrooms are very comfortable and well-arranged, and the hotel feels very safe. The bedrooms are high above the main shopping centre - and so very quiet but perfectly central. The reception team were very welcoming and informative, and happy to answer all of my questions in English. I hope to stay here again in the future.

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn Jinzhou central street was amazing, thankfully to all the staff on the reception and specially to Amy. The hotel was convenient place for all kind of shopping and food around. The room was perfectly clean and tidy with a very comfortable bed. The fitness center was brand new and with very well equipped machines. The breakfast was delicious and with a lot of variety. 100% recommendations for travelers to Jinzhou to stay in this Hotel.

Good and simple. Hotel located just same building to shopping mall. There are restaurants and drink shops. And next to night market. Hotel room good and comfortable. Got laundry for free and gyms.
