酒店不錯，服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔温馨，房間設施非常全，停車場非常大，出行方便，離淩河夜市開車幾分鐘，酒店位置安靜，離繁華僅一橋之隔，去海邊，高鐵站，飛機場都方便，值得推薦

與其他五星酒店相比，這家酒店很有點東西、優雅的建築和絕佳的地理位置，前台員工服務上非常優秀。進出電梯有人問好並幫助按鍵；進出酒店有人問好並幫助開門。，除了面帶微笑親切招呼，還主動幫忙拿行李，攙扶長者，長者去洗浴前台的工作人員一直給送到浴區，並跟裏面的工作人員特意交代要關注長者，終於打包回來的食品前台人員主動幫忙加熱，退房的時候看我們拿的保温杯又主動問我們需不需要加滿水路上喝，真的很暖心。休息得很好。以後還會來。
