Cuma when requested for prayer mat n extra batal

The iron located on 1sr floor got balck stained that then transferred to my pants.
Mujur tak tembus.
They shud service or clean the iron base.

All the rooms are okay. Spacious enough for 2 people. It's just that the hotel doesn't have an elevator and it's a bit difficult if people with disabilities want to go up the stairs. Everything is ok and the best.

Receptionist xfriendly. My bilik dekat 2nd floor. I touch kad nak masuk tapi xboleh. I terpaksa turun balik utk tukar kad sbb dia salah xunlock kad tu and without said sorry or anything. Receptionist yg cina tu suara bingit sakit telinga. Dua2 dekat kaunter xreti nak senyum langsung! Bilik bersih tapi cermin berkerak. Pool je yg best.
