酒店環境很好，寬敞明亮！通風透氣性好，夏季不潮濕，住着舒服，服務好，前台服務員既温柔又細心，交代的事情辦的明明白白！入住時送了礦泉水，正好口渴猶如雪中送碳一般温暖啊，大堂有免費的茶水和現磨咖啡，咖啡的香氣蔓延整個大堂非常好聞，實在太喜歡這家酒店了，還有送物機器人可解決了我不少麻煩，省了下來取外賣的時間。太適合我這種懶人了，而且疫情也比較嚴重有機器人也減少了 我們和外賣人員的一些接觸，安全也比較有保障，棒極了！

上面標的房間大小跟實際不符合，實際上房間小的要命。而且隔音差。晚上很吵，根本睡不好。

新開的賓館酒店，在江西財經職業學院八里湖校區南區門口對面，門頭入口較小，勝在新開的乾淨衞生，住了兩晚，第二晚沒有更換用品和做衞生，第一天沒有提供瓶裝水，第二天提供的水是臨近過期的水2022年9月的怡寶，2024年3月（本月）過期。 可能是新開賓館，很多注意事項需要加強。開的發票是手寫的，在税務局全面推行電子發票的要求下，我不確定現在2024年03月手寫的發票是否可用。
雙人間房間很大。
有好有壞，希望繼續改進。
