I passed through Jiujiang on the way and stayed at the Hilton for more than 300 yuan. Exceeded expectations, the room was clean and tidy, and every service staff was very enthusiastic, especially Xiao Jiang at the front desk, thumbs up. It was my first time to come to Jiujiang. I looked at many hotels on Ctrip and finally chose this hotel. I checked into this hotel and liked it as soon as I entered the lobby. The room was warm, bright, clean and sanitary. The room could see the mountains and it was very close to Lushan Mountain. The beautiful lady at the front desk has a very good service attitude. When she comes to check in, she takes the initiative to hand out water and treats guests like family. She also gives a welcome fruit plate. The hotel also has a pick-up station and the service is very considerate. The car leaves at 5pm and the normal check-out is at 2pm. It is raining outside. It was inconvenient to go out for a walk. The front desk helped to delay the check-out time and the service was very meticulous. The breakfast in the hotel was also very rich, but I forgot to take pictures. The hotel is in a very good location, 15 minutes' drive from the north gate of Lushan Mountain and 15 minutes from the train station, at an intermediate location. Eating is also convenient, just cross the street. Overall, I am very satisfied. I will choose this hotel again if I have the opportunity to come to Jiujiang. I didn’t know that there is a hotel here before I came here. It is on the Yangtze River. The location is better to find. The hotel has 20 floors, but the room has 5 to 10 floors. The rooms have windows. The scenery outside the window is good. You can see the Yangtze River. The lobby on the first floor of the hotel is quite big. Talking can bring echoes. The front desk staff is very polite, the overall feeling is good, will come again next time

It’s not the first time I heard Huanpeng, but the first time I stayed at Huanpeng, the front desk was very patient and meticulous to help check in, and upgraded the room 👍👍 The hotel just opened this year. The room is clean and warm, the bedding is very soft and comfortable, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, and the toiletries are also great. They are all squeezed. Clean and easy to use. There is a full-face full-length mirror behind the door, which is convenient for guests to wear and dress 🤭🤭 There is also a makeup mirror, you can toss the face makeup 🤡 The breakfast is very rich and the taste is just right. It is about 20 minutes away from Donglin Temple. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel in a hurry. I am very sorry, but I will definitely stay in Huanpeng 👌 in the future.

Originally, I planned to stay for two nights and set off for the next stop. However, it was rainy everywhere. It was better to stay in the mountains and save many boats and cars. Lushan is a pet-friendly scenic spot. Dogs can enter the mountains. There are also many Aboriginal people in the mountain town. In short, they are very friendly to dogs! Stay away from the city and gain rare freedom and happiness!
The blindly selected homestay, mainly depends on the proprietress is also a shovel officer haha, an exception let us drag the family to bring the dog in (love animals have love), the internal environment is clean and tidy, help us upgrade the room type for free, the toilet in the bathroom is the same as the top three Zhimushan set we live in Changsha! You don't need to operate, just do your thing 😁 Every morning, there is a fixed aunt to clean, basically responsive, there is a kind of intimacy to return home! On the summer solstice, I also ate the dumplings made by the proprietress herself, which was a bit touched! Every guest who lives in her house has a need, she will make a pair of certain systems according to the time, the weather of the day and the objects of play. There is a map of Lushan printed by herself at the front desk of the store, which is very practical.
Before leaving, we also sent us two packs of Lushan specialty ”tea cake”, thank you!
Missing her every day when she picked up the full guests and we went to walk the dog together, missing the hospitable and simple Lushan, missing the proprietress, missing Xiaoba, chocolate, ice cream, flowers, group!
Busan, we'll see you again!

GGuest UserI didn't stay in Lushan Building originally, but in a top-ranked homestay, but the facilities of that homestay were a bit shabby, and the towels were all compressed cotton. On the first day, I took the west line to the site of the Lushan Conference, and saw the Lushan Building not far from the next door. I felt that the location was good, and there was a parking lot in front of the door, which was suitable for people like me who travel by car. There are shops and restaurants around, and those old villa areas are just a few steps away. In addition, I was going to the east line the next day, and the bus stop was just a few steps away, so I decided to stay in Lushan Building for one night. The overall feeling after entering the hotel was good. The front desk helped me upgrade the room. The room was quite large, clean and sanitary, and the things were quite complete. There was only one small problem that the pillows were a little thin for me, and the other two were a little thick. There was an electric heater in the bathroom, and it was easy to dry the clothes after washing. The front desk gave two restaurant coupons totaling 40. Because I was too tired, the restaurant was on the second floor, and I had dinner in the restaurant. I ordered dishes from the menu. The prices were not cheap in the mountains. I ordered three dishes based on the pictures. When they came up, I found that the dishes were larger than the pictures. I ordered too much. They all tasted very good, especially the fresh bamboo shoots, bacon, and fried broad beans. I couldn't eat more after eating one-third of it. The waiters were several older sisters. They were very kind and helped me pack it up. I came back to the restaurant from Sandiequan the next day at noon. The restaurant manager heated it up for me, so it was not wasted. I am very grateful to these older sisters. If I have the chance to come again, I will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserI had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel.
Starting off with the positive things:
1) they were essential one of only 2 places in the City of Jiujiang that would accommodate foreigners during the pandemic. My green arrow code had an asterisks, since I was in Shenzhen within the past 14 days which had a few cases at the time. This made it hard for me to find a place to stay.
2) The location is ok, away from city center but close to an indoor hot bath spa facility. This was the highlight of my stay.
3) wifi was fairly solid, hot water for showering was available, they offered free cleaning service for my dirty clothes, free hot beverages at the lobby and a nice lounge with a ping pong table on the 5th floor.
Now regarding the cons:
1) the landline telephone from my room wasn't working to help me place calls. I tried to reach out to reception to talk about issues, but I couldn't get them on the line. This meant I had to physically go down to the lobby level and communicate my concerns. No problems receiving calls though.
2) The elevator reeked of a strong revolting cigarette stench. Despite there clearly being a no smoking sign in the machine, cetain patrons outright disregarded the rules and did as they pleased. Hotel personnel don't even bother to confront such individuals, which is very upsetting to non-smokers like me. Rather than making an effort to create a healthier and cleaner environment for everyone, the administration prefers to turn a blind eye to such activities, since they fear backlash from such clients and potential loss of revenues from them. This is a major societal issue, but I believe that it will get solved gradually as time goes by and the younger generation gets better educated. I resorted to taking the rear stairwell as an alternative instead.
3) my room key stopped working abruptly on several occasions, hence I had to solicit the cleaning ladies to help open my room door. Furthermore, I eventually lost that room key, and when I went to tell the receptionist what happened, they gave me a new room key but told me I must pay 50¥ (a third of my nightly room rate) as a replacement fee at checkout. Needless to say, I thought it was inappropriate for them to ask for that much money. Most major hotel chains would happily give a new room key for free.
4) the majority of food options in their breakfast buffet were saturated with either added sugar or oil.
5) ************ cards were regularly thrown underneath my room door. It's supposed to be illegal to solicit such services, but its rampant and openly done with no efficient crackdown. This is another thing the hotel administration could do to improve its protocols.
*Most of the days I spent in Jiujiang were plagued with torrential rain. Obviously this is beyond human control, so I'm not blaming anybody for this. It made my stay in the city unfortunately less pleasant, as I didn't even once get to see a blue sky with a sun.
Overall I would give this place a 7/10
Recommended, but if you are a foreigner then be aware of the aforementioned details. Nobody spoke English, which was to be expected. Be prepared to speak the country's official language if you want to get around in Jiujiang! 😁

DDebajiapaijiI initially thought it was a homestay, but it turned out to be a regular hotel, clean and sanitary. The waiters and front desk staff were very enthusiastic and cleaned in time. The room was well prepared with fruits, mineral water, tea and snacks!
It is not on Guling Street. In fact, I decided to choose this place because of this street, because it is quiet. Now it seems really quiet. The hotel has a restaurant, and you can eat in the hotel. It is just a little more expensive than the main street, but the hygiene is guaranteed!
In short, I am very satisfied with the accommodation during this trip to Lushan!

There is a pick-up or drop-off service at the ropeway entrance, and it takes six to seven minutes to reach the ropeway entrance, so you can check into the hotel without any worries; 2. SSteven DowsonThe owner met us at the cable car station to drive us to the hotel, and we were driven back when leaving. Staff very friendly. The hotel is located just off the main street with lots of restaurants & shops a few minutes walk away, also the tourist bus stop not far. Room was large and comfortable, not the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in but sheets were clean, bed was comfortable, shower hot, heating worked well (we visited CNY), it was cosy on our first night when the wind outside was blowing strong. We stayed two nights which was enough to explore the colonial villas and Five Peaks but will definitely return to explore further.
