We choosed this hotel because they offered drop-off and pick-up services between the hotel and the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. We also considered at previous guests’ reviews and photos of the rooms. Before we arrived, we had already communicated through WeChat, so everything went smoothly. They also informed us about purchasing tickets for the Huanglong scenic area and explained everything very clearly, even though I bought the tickets from someone else. Our journey from Huanglong took about 2 hours, and we arrived at the hotel at 8 p.m. We got a bit lost, but after calling them, four people came out to welcome us. From the outside, the hotel looked quite ordinary, but once we stepped into the terrace… it was unbelievably beautiful. They also have an outdoor area to relax. The hotel lobby is combined with the breakout room; it’s not cramped but not spacious either, yet still beautifully arranged. We went into the room and were shown how to use the facilities. The room was very beautiful, exactly like the photos, with a bathtub right in front of the bed. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, and there’s a work desk, snacks provided, towel amenities, and very nice slippers—everything was good and up to date. They even have a dryer for underwear or socks near the toilet. They also have a warm drinking water dispenser, which we found extremely convenient. There were plenty of power outlets, and the bedside lighting controls were very well set up. We slept very well until the next morning when we were heading to Jiuzhaigou scenic area. Breakfast was served steamed—corn, bread, sweet potatoes, and a bowl of noodles… the breakfast was sooo delicious. After finishing breakfast, we were taken to Jiuzhaigou in a Denza car and informed about evening the pick-up location. Everything was arranged very professionally. When we were done, we contacted the hotel and the car came to pick us up. The location is very strategic, with many places to eat near the hotel, so there’s no need to worry. I am very satisfied and will definitely stay at this hotel again if I go to Jiuzhaigou. The staff are extremely professional, the arrangements are very organized, also helpful. And I would have regretted it if I hadn’t chosen to stay here. Two thumbs up for this hotel.

I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, well-organised and thoughtfully prepared prior to my arrival. The bed was comfortable and the overall ambience of the room created a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The view is stunning and you can stargazing through the balcony with warm coffee. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, with amenities that were replenished promptly. The lighting, and in-room facilities all functioned smoothly, reflecting the hotel’s attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort. The level of service from the staff truly enhanced my experience. The person in charge was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They assisted us with our luggage, guided us patiently and ensured that we understood all the facilities and directions. They also provide shuttle service to the park with a comfortable car. They also will communicate with you before your arrival through wechat. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality and cleanliness of the room and the staff hospitality. The high standard of upkeep and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

The hotel is new and everything is clean. It's tucked away in a little alley, making it very quiet at night and in the morning. There's lots of restaurants nearby and the hotel recommended us to one. We found the price to be reasonable and the food delicious. The hotel provides free transport to and from the national park. It is only about 10 minutes drive away. We found staying away from the park more peaceful as the hotels near the park seems extremely chaotic in the morning and evenings. The drivers that took us and picked us up from the park was amazing. They were very patient even with the heavy traffic near the park. They made sure to drop us near the gate of the park so that we don't have to walk so far. Special shootout to xiao wang and xiao mao. We had a good stay at this hotel. Service was excellent and everyone of the staff and owner was amazing and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this hotel

The staff is extremely helpful. I arrived the hotel by DiDi but somehow the driver didn’t get pay but my app shown paid already. They help communicated with the driver. And also communicate with the driver that i booked via Trip to pick me up at the hotel for tomorrow. The service mind is excellent!! The hotel is also lovely, the bed is comfy, the heating floor that keep you warm all night, and they have a hot spring on the rooftop. Be sure to bring the swimwear. The distant is walkable to Jiuzhaigou, surrounded by the restaurant. They can keep your luggage after checkout RECOMMENDED.

Stepping into the room, I found it impeccably clean, which instantly made for a comfortable stay, even if it wasn't the most spacious. The highlight was definitely the huge projection screen; turning it on felt like being in a mini-cinema, with fantastic visuals and sound. The smart toilet added a touch of elegance to the bathroom, though a minor drawback was a slight odor coming from the drain. Due to a sudden power outage during the day, we had to wait until after 9 PM for the hot springs, which was a bit disappointing for my child. However, the hotel generously offered some cute snacks and a small charm, which immediately brightened my child's spirits, making them happy and energetic again! This hotel's thoughtful service means I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Jiuzhai.
