The two front desk ladies, Xiao Li and Xiao Xu, were incredibly enthusiastic. They offered great travel advice and reminders. The hotel was also very clean. A good front desk truly adds a homely feel to a hotel.

The environment is great, clean, and hygienic. The couple's hot spring experience (non-natural hot spring) was excellent. The self-service coffee in the lobby was delicious and plentiful. The service was also excellent. Overall, it's a fantastic place and I highly recommend it to visitors coming to Jiuzhaigou. It's not far from the scenic area and there are many dining options nearby.

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent, especially the rice noodles which were incredibly delicious 😋. There's an outdoor hot spring, but we arrived late at night and didn't have time to use it. The owner was exceptionally warm and welcoming; even though we showed up in the middle of the night, they greeted us with great enthusiasm and thoughtfulness.
