This hotel in Jiuzhaigou County truly impressed me. The staff are incredibly welcoming, and the rooms are impeccably clean and feel very grand – it absolutely lives up to a 5-star standard. The gentleman who greeted us so warmly at the entrance, who looked like he was from Xinjiang, was not only handsome but also exceptionally enthusiastic in his service. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip.

Fast check-in, great service, and an excellent location. It was a bit noisy in the middle of the night, not sure where the sound came from, and the soundproofing isn't the best. However, it didn't last too long. Good hot water and AC. Overall, it's very good and worth recommending.

If you're thinking of booking this hotel, first ask yourself if you have excellent sleep quality and a strong heart. There must be a disco or something next door because the loud music started in the middle of the night and literally jolted me awake. I consider myself a good sleeper, but I couldn't get back to sleep; it felt like my heart was going to pound out of my chest. I called the front desk at 12:12 AM, and they said they had called the police many times before, but it was useless, and suggested I call the police too [crying with laughter emoji]. It's ridiculous! Are the police charging me for the room, or is your hotel? Do I have to call the police myself when staying at your hotel? I asked if they had called before or tonight, and the front desk said they had called before but not tonight. This proves that this issue has been bothering guests for a long time.
At 12:17 AM, the music got even louder. I called the front desk again to request a room change. The hotel staff told me to wait a bit longer, and if it was still noisy after a while, they would move me to the 6th floor (I was on the 5th). Mind you, it was already 12:17 AM, and they told me to wait [sweating emoji]. I was practically yelling.
After some more time, a front desk staff member knocked on my door. Before they could say anything, I explicitly told them I didn't need to move anymore; I could continue to tolerate it, but since I booked through Trip.com, I would write an honest review.
I traveled thousands of miles by plane to Jiuzhaigou, only to have my entire trip ruined by this hotel. Everyone had panda eyes the next morning.
I can understand loud noise disturbing residents, but if the hotel has available rooms, shouldn't they immediately move the guest? And telling guests to call the police themselves, and then making them wait at 12:30 AM – wait until dawn?!

Had a really good experience here. We spotted the hotel from the roadside and decided to drop in. A staff member kindly helped us find a parking spot and then assisted with our numerous bags. The front desk lady even came out to help. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The receptionist provided excellent service, and the value for money is absolutely superb. For this level of service at this price, it's a definite thumbs-up!
