The hotel front desk was very thoughtful, explaining the room facilities and the location of the hot springs. The room type was great, and the location was convenient. It's about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is really handy! Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Hotel was easy to find and just about 10 minutes walk to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou scenic area (and it’s a straight walk path). I came a bit early but was no issue to check in and they also upgraded my room for free. Staff were very friendly and made their way to help me (foreigner) with my questions. Hotel is also situated by a range of reasons and cafes and the bus station. Definitely recommend if you visit Jiuzhaigou.

The room was spotless, and having a humidifier was a nice touch. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was very attentive. The hot spring upstairs was incredibly relaxing, and the service there was excellent. Plus, the hotel is really close to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance.

The service was excellent! They upgraded our room just as we arrived. The location is central, next to all the restaurants. Comparatively affordable. The hot spring was warm and just what we needed after a day at cold jiuzhaiguo!
