The free pick-up service from the high-speed train station and to/from the scenic area entrance/exit is very convenient. The 70 RMB per person for the return station drop-off is also quite reasonable. The room design is new and unique, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of options.

The overall experience was top notch. I highly recommend it for all tourists visiting JZG for 3D2N stay. The area itself is heavenly – fresh air, beautiful village, and stunning mountains as the backdrop.
The hotel provides complementary pick-up from HLJZ train station and arranged a paid transfer back to the station. Upon check-in, the hospitable hotel manager, Gigi, personally walked us to our room and introduced the hotel facilities. Bright and spacious room with smart systems assisted by XiaoLe. Birthday decor in the room for my hubby was unexpectedly surprise!
Even though the kitchen wasn't scheduled to open until 4:30 PM, she asked the chef to prepare food for us and recommended a few signature Zang tribe dishes to try – very thoughtful.
The hotel helped arrange promo-priced tickets for the QianGuQing show, which is within a 15-minute walk. Self-service laundry was convenient. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.
One moment that truly stood out: we were 2 minutes late for the hotel shuttle, and Gigi arranged for another shuttle bus from a nearby hotel to give us a lift – incredibly heartwarming.
We also received a 3 PM late check-out after returning from Jiuzhaigou Valley, allowing us to freshen up before our driver picked us up to the station. Highly recommended!

This hotel is located at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Valley, and they offer convenient shuttle services to and from Huanglong Railway Station and Jiuzhaigou itself, which is great for sightseeing. The hotel is newly renovated, very clean, and tidy. The front desk service is also excellent.

I had a very pleasant stay at Rezen Hotel Jiuzhaigou. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a good base for visiting Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area.
The room is not very spacious, but it has a modern and aesthetic design and is cozy and comfortable for resting after a long day.
The hotel was quiet during my stay, which I really enjoyed. We were warmly welcomed by the staff upon arrival, and there was pickup service from Huanglongjiuzhai Train Station as well as shuttle service to Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance, which made everything very convenient.
One staff member (I’m sorry I forgot her name) spoke good English and personally escorted us to our room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. A goodbye gift of snacks and drinks was also given at checkout, and they helped arrange transport back to the station.
I did not have breakfast as it did not appear to be halal. For halal food, it is easy to take a Didi to Zhangzha Town where there are more options.
Overall, a great and comfortable stay. Would recommend.

The environment is pretty good, about 4 kilometers from the Jiuzhaigou scenic area. The hotel offers a free shuttle service from the station, and the driver was friendly and helped with our luggage. There's also a free shuttle from the hotel to the scenic spot. Shopping is convenient nearby; there's a supermarket right outside, and many restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away. The service was enthusiastic, but not quite up to par. I asked for a toothpick, and they said the restaurant might have some and they would check, but then I never heard back. The room was small, and the soundproofing was mediocre. The central AC only had heating, no cooling or fan function. There were also small flying insects in the room. The room itself was quite new. Overall, it was decent.

Facilities: The room was very spacious and even had a large tea table, which was perfect for us people from Southern Fujian who love to drink tea. As a new hotel, all the room amenities are brand new.
Cleanliness: Excellent.
