Location: 10mins car ride (20yuan) from hotel to scenic site. Not an issue for us. Nice and quiet. Next door lots of restaurants to have a meal.
Service: very good and attentive. We were checked in by Ms 104 and Mr 105 (they go by numbers to identify). Both were lovely and polite and helpful. Staff were always available to help.
Used the hotel recommendations for private hire transport from train to hotel return. Very happy as driver was prompt and safe.
Food: breakfast was quite basic. But for a 1-2 days stay, it was adequate. Restaurant on site was nice.
Room: adequate for a 1 or 2 night stay. Clean and functional. Pillows and bed was very very nice and soft/firm enough. Soap/shampoo came in tiny tubes but adequate for a short stay. And I am sure if U called room service for more, they will bring it promptly.

The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes' drive from the scenic area entrance. The environment is decent, and the service was pretty good. My only complaints are that the room was a bit noisy in the mornings and the toilet flush pressure wasn't very strong.

We were pleasantly surprised to be in this hotel. The room is very clean and bed is very comfortable. The most memorable is the SUPER Excellent service of their front desk staff Miss Qing Huan 清欢. She had helped us so much even before we checked in. Helping us book the transport to and fro train station to hotel (2 hours ride each way). Coordinating and amending our booking when we had missed our train ride from Chengdu. Making reservation for the Dance Show of local Tribe Performance. Even helping us calling and grabbing DiDi transport when we were in a hurry. We really appreciate her warm and helpful effort which is so rare to find. Thank you !!!

We traveled during the off-season and stayed for three consecutive days. The location is excellent, very close to Jiuzhaigou. On the first day we arrived, we had a lot of luggage, and the engineering staff passing by were very polite and helped us with it. Terrible check-in experience, the staff completely ignored us. The shower still had hair in it, and the room felt like it hadn't been occupied in ages – after showering, my feet were covered in dust.
