The hotel is far from the bustling area of Jiuzhaigou but I guess if you wish to have a place of respite, this is it. It is located about 14km away from Jiuzhaigou National Park, approximately 30 mins drive.
The Hotel room is very spacious, about 50sqm. It is very well decorated and has all the basic amenities.
The Breakfast is sumptuous and great given this is just a small boutique hotel.
Within the hotel, there are some Ducks and Swans, Deers, Dogs, Peacocks and Ostrich. Good if you have children.
The service staff are all excellent, highly recommended.

One of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. I arrived late at around 9pm local time but was still greeted warmly by the owner with a nice ******* greeting with white shawl. They offered us some fruits and refreshments as well.
Room was heated. It was negative 3 degrees outside but it was comfortable inside. I booked a family room and it was spacious, comfortable well equiped with voice AI , toilet was clean and well equiped
There was also different activities as as mini zoo musical instrument learning, painting and a library.
Highly recommended for families as well as those planning for an escape from the hustle and to immerse into nature.

Fantastic hotel stay at this hotel. The hotel staff are very polite and caring. I brought my parents who were above 80 years old and they showed so much respect and kindness to my parents. It’s also a beautiful resort too. I had dinner at this hotel two times, the food was good and big portion.

The facilities are pretty good, exactly my style. The service is incredibly warm and friendly. They offer shuttle services to attractions, and you don't even need to leave the hotel for food. They have yak head hot pot, roast rabbit, roast chicken, and roast lamb – especially the yak head hot pot! I eat it every time I go, and the radishes in it are absolutely delicious. I've stayed here three times already, and I'll definitely choose them again next time I visit Jiuzhaigou.

The only regret was that I didn’t book a longer stay! Love the room that I was upgraded to and breakfast food selections was by far the best amongst the 4 cities and 6 hotels I have stayed for this long travel journey in China.
The managers are very attentive and friendly, even offering to help me take photos when they noticed me struggling to take a selfie.
The yak soup was delicious and best shared amongst 2 or more travellers.
The mini zoo was cute.
There was no tv in the room but took the chance to read a book and relax in the bathtub. Fruits and mini bar was a nice touch.

We had a fabulous time. The scenery was beautiful. Amazing service especially Miss Qin. The restaurant food was tasty and fresh, with some ingredients farm to table. My kids enjoyed watching the duck in the duck pond.

Excellent service from arrival till departure. We loved the hotel, almost all the staff would go an extra mile to provide the best hospitality. The garden is delightful, gorgeous flowers, constant sounds of water were therapeutic. The food did not disappoint either. Most of all, my roommate appreciated the care from them when he was not feeling. They arranged to pick up medication and reassured him. I just wished that we could spend more time at the hotel. As for the room, excellent shower, thanks for the fruits and milk, better if there’s a rack to hang hand towel to dry hands at the sink.

This was our absolute favorite stay of the entire trip. The property boasts extensive green spaces and is home to many adorable small animals, making it perfectly suited for families with children. You can even wake up early to feed the deer, swans, ducks, and geese.
Even during the off-season, when it wasn't crowded, their dedication was truly remarkable. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, and to my delight, the coffee even came with latte art – something I've never experienced at breakfast before!
The front desk lady was incredibly helpful, the restaurant staff were wonderful, and even the driver was excellent. We definitely made the right choice!
