The two ladies managing the hotel was very polite and responsive to requests. Definitely made us feel very welcomed. The room was spacious and clean. The heater was sufficiently warm. They even provided some snacks and fruits for us to snack on. The only gripe is the disposable towels which many people have mentioned. So I came prepared and brought my own towel. It was around a 15min walk to the scenic area entrance. There are many eateries and convenience stores just a couple of minutes walk away.

The staff is extremely helpful. I arrived the hotel by DiDi but somehow the driver didn’t get pay but my app shown paid already. They help communicated with the driver. And also communicate with the driver that i booked via Trip to pick me up at the hotel for tomorrow. The service mind is excellent!! The hotel is also lovely, the bed is comfy, the heating floor that keep you warm all night, and they have a hot spring on the rooftop. Be sure to bring the swimwear. The distant is walkable to Jiuzhaigou, surrounded by the restaurant. They can keep your luggage after checkout RECOMMENDED.

I booked two nights at what is arguably the best hotel near the Jiuzhaigou scenic area – incredibly cost-effective! It's just over 3 kilometers from the scenic area, making it super convenient. My family and I came together and booked a family room. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and gave us a very comfortable feeling. When we arrived, there was a hot spring outside the reception area, where we could soak our feet and relieve the fatigue of our journey. The service was excellent; they were always there when needed and very responsive! After comparing many hotels, this one stood out as a very good value. It's also very close to Bianbian Street, about a 10-minute walk away. Super convenient, and the distance is perfect for staying away from the noisy market.
