The hotel was very clean and the heating was excellent. The service was great, and there's even an outdoor hot spring! We arrived a bit late and our schedule was too tight to enjoy it, which was a shame. The room had a humidifier, which was a lifesaver since Jiuzhaigou can be quite dry; it really helped with nasal comfort. It was super convenient that we could store our luggage at the hotel, so we could head straight out after exploring Jiuzhaigou.

The room was spotless, and the hotel provided a shuttle service from the station, so we didn't have to worry about transportation at all. If you plan your travel to avoid peak traffic, it only takes about ten minutes to get to the scenic spots. One morning, there were many guests heading to the scenic area at the same time. Our driver noticed we were a bit cramped and thoughtfully arranged for an additional vehicle to take some of us separately. Their consideration was exceptional. When dropping us off at the station, he even told us we could call him anytime if we had any issues. It was a truly pleasant travel experience! Highly recommended!

I was very satisfied with being able to stay in such a well-equipped hotel at this price during the off-season. It's about a 15-minute walk from the entrance to the scenic area, and roughly 10 minutes from Moon Bay, where the direct shuttle bus from Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area stops. Located in an alley, it's very quiet at night, and the surrounding dining options are excellent. It was incredibly comfortable to sleep in a room with underfloor heating in winter, completely relieving all fatigue.

The room's location is excellent, right in Zao Plaza, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's about an 800-meter walk to the scenic area entrance. There are plenty of supermarkets, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby, so eating and shopping are very easy. The soundproofing in the room is good; I was never disturbed during my stay. The front desk staff were very responsive and always addressed any issues promptly. The heating in the room was excellent, though it made the room very dry. I hope they consider adding humidifiers in the future. The TV was easy to use. I'd suggest replacing the toothbrushes as the other disposable items were great. Also, the water heater temperature was difficult to adjust, offering only icy cold or scalding hot. I strongly recommend fixing that. Housekeeping could be more thorough; when I checked in, I found a sticker from someone else's KFC meal stuck on the table. Overall, I was quite satisfied and recommend staying here.
