Hot tub wasn’t working pool wasn’t open no rooms with jetted tubs

Almost empty.

Staff seemed friendly at first but, then found out that the pool and hot,tub were down for,part issues. Asked about refund or low rate and was told i was given a low rate when i my two night a month ago. Never once was informed about pool area. As I sat in the lounge area many people who, checked in were upset about not being informed of the pool conditions and asked why they were not notified in advance. Owner backed tracked and had no answers for anyone. Breakfast was a joke, the hot options were all gone and i had to go up front and ask if they were going to replenish the food as the young man was playing on his phone. He acted like I was bothering him as he stated yeah, he would be there. After some time he came over and looked and asked what the problem as and I had to go over and lift the tray to show him there was no eggs, potatoes and sausages. He said ok after he already lifted the tray before asking me. He then moved slower than a turtle crossing the street. The waffle mix was completely out as well and he acted like he did not understand why we were complaining. Reading the past reviews you will see these same issues have been going on for the past year. Amenities we’re awful.

The pool is cold and green. The lobby coffee is cold. The vending machine is out of service. I Reserved the room online including the dogs, and charged in an additional $85 when I got here for the dogs after I had already paid. The location is pleasant and quiet. The staff is friendly. The interior needs, maintenance and updating.

Our stay was great. Great customer service, clean rooms, good breakfast.

We arrived about 10 minutes before check in, and he checked us in. We were a little disappointed that the hot tub was down, but the room rate was good so it was alright. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was very delicious.

Hotel pool haa been out of use for a while. Should let you know before booking with kids expecting to swim. Continental breakfast was cold and very slim picking. No JUICE. Just coffee and milk.

Pool and hot tub were closed, but other than that everything was great. 2 queen room was spacious and had a mini fridge. Small warm breakfast in morning was nice. Easy check in and check out. Hotel was very clean
